K…so the representatives would get to represent their country, and have a say about the world-wide/universal laws. So they would have to train to know about politics and stuff, as well as athletic games.
If they didn’t win the games, then their country wouldn’t have a say in laws and rules or anything. It be kinda like before th…[Read more]

You asked me how am I doing. The general answer – I’m excellent! The detailed – well, yesterday I wrote this poem, after I’d had some hard hours, and in the end, God taught me a very important lesson.
By the way, your care and love are really touching. You showed me how Christians should care for their brethren. Thank you so…[Read more]

Good job Eitan. (: It reminded me of David.

I admire that you shared this. Generally, I’m too scared to share my poetry. My soul lifts at your desire to lift others, to show your love and doubts. It was beautiful.
-
Thank you so much Gracie! I’m so glad God used it to encourage other believers.
Hmm, it’s likely that my poetry is inspired, consciously or not, from the book of Psalms. The poem contains a few clear references (Psalm 22:1, and Psalm 23:1), but maybe the whole style is inspired by the book. I don’t know, but it’s cool if it is! 🙂

I find this thread very interesting, because I’ve been through stuff like this before. Times when I tried to pray, or read my Bible, but it always felt like I didn’t really mean it. And I didn’t know how to mean it.
I don’t really know what to say, but I’m going to say some things anyway.😊
Keep pressing on. Keep praying, and reading, and…[Read more]

I really like your story so far! Keep up the good work!
I think your writing style is great, and your dialogue is good too! However there’s one little thing I want to point out.
Your transitions from scene to scene, are a bit rushed.
Ir just feels a tad rushed when they go to eat dinner, then suddenly, Rydel is contemplating…[Read more]

Okay. Christian movies I’ve loved. All of the Kendricks’, for sure… Overcomer might be my favorite, but I’m still super attached to Facing the Giants and probably always will be. 🥰

I have really enjoyed reading the chapters of your book! The one thing I noticed was at the beginning it said:
The gun fired and I leaned forward in my saddle.
After the previous chapters, when you said the gun fired, it gave me the impression that someone was shooting at them, so I was a little confused when they started talking about…[Read more] -

Great topic!
I don’t have many (if any) names I made up myself; mostly just ones I modified some. But I do frequently have unnamed characters!
One in particular right now is one of the antagonists in my current WIP. (It’s set roughly around the 1600s, I think. I don’t use the same timeline in the book.) I really don’t have him fleshed…[Read more]
