Haha, why am I not surprised? XD That is awesome…I really love his stuff as well! And he’s an Aussie, which we all know is a land from which comes a lot of brilliance and creativity. 😀

@Daeus-lamb *nods* It’s true writers build their ‘circle’ with people they naturally click with. Trying to build that tight of a community on purpose doesn’t manage itself very well.

That said, I think the guilds are still a fantastic idea. Maybe instead of focusing them primarily on building a tight community they could be focused around…[Read more]

I pretty much agree with what people have said — the novelty might wear off, and it isn’t anything new.

Echoing Sarah, my personal reason for not being on is that my online activities here at SE generally correlate with how much time I’m actually spending writing… which, if taken up by school and summer homework, isn’t a lot :/…[Read more]

@daeus-lamb I’ve subscribed!

@daeus-lamb I agree with @ethryndal and @cassandraia. Honestly, reading over your post, I was thinking “Don’t we pretty much already do that?”

I think that there could definitely be some other activities though– nothing too grand. Maybe a semi-monthly “get together” in each guild where we can just check up on each other and talk about life,…[Read more]

Cool! Speaking of YouTube, have you heard of the channel called “Shadiversity”? It’s worth checking out if you have not!

@eden-anderson

Hey, friend! How are you doing? I have not talked with you in ages! 🙂

@noodle-mum and other topic stalkers…

I like the idea 🙂 sounds good.

Ah, i’m so glad I found this! I submitted an application end of may/beginning of June I believe, so I’m thankful to hear some news on it.

@daeus-lamb Take all the time that you need! Running a site is hard work and we appreciate all the time you and the other team members have poured into this website for people like us. 🙂 You’re doing great!

@ryowildfire Hi! I am not sure how it works, but @daeus-lamb would probably know.

It might be delayed because they might be in the process of setting up another guild and that can take a bit longer. Or maybe you’ll be getting a notification soon. I don’t know. 🙂

Hi, I know I’m really late to this, but I do have one thing to say.

As one of the youngest people on here I am also one of the youngest readers. I love reading, and one of my favorite genres to both read and write is realistic fiction. But, now when I find a realistic fiction book I have to check when it was written. Six new realistic fiction…[Read more]

LOL! That is an awesome and absolutely hilarious drawing! XD

The funniest thing: his medals are on the wrong side. @daeus-lamb, you are so unique, you are the only person to wear your medals of honor on your right side. 😛

Just realized the deadline was last night… Did our piece get submitted?

@brandon-miller @daeus-lamb

@karthmin *bows proudly* Why thank you, Martin! I consider your laughter a compliment. 😉

@anne-of-lothlorien Aw, I’m glad my story brightened your day! ❤️ Yes, you shall undoubtedly return (in fact, I’m planning on putting you in the next installment 😊)!

Hey, fellow raiders (that’s what I’m calling the fans of this saga 😉)! Sorry for the wait; between my recent book launch and blogiversary, I haven’t had much time to write. 😅😂 But never fear, I won’t leave you hanging!

So here’s RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARC II: LEGEND OF THE FORBIDDEN BURIAL GROUNDS PART 4!!!

For those of you who have missed po…[Read more]

OKAY GUYS.

It’s rough, but it’s down. Took a few turns I wasn’t planning for, but I think it’s pretty close. What do y’all think?
