@daeus-lamb I agree with @ethryndal and @cassandraia. Honestly, reading over your post, I was thinking “Don’t we pretty much already do that?”

I think that there could definitely be some other activities though– nothing too grand. Maybe a semi-monthly “get together” in each guild where we can just check up on each other and talk about life, whether that involves writing or just surviving. Maybe we should have a week where we encourage guild members to post a new poem every day. Just little, diverse activities like that. Things that wouldn’t create a ton of extra work for the guild master, but would create more of a community feel among the guilds.

Something else that could be fun if anybody on staff wants to take it on: what about a riddle challenge sometime? It could simply be a guild activity for fun, or it could be an actual competition to see which guild can solve it first.
