Life is like a river. You sweep into a pool that you stay in for a time then are washed away again.
Thank you! Yea, me too! My family loves going to the beach; Fort Bragg on the Pacific coast. We do the same things every time. We just love it.
A funny tale: this year before I went to the beach, I said that I was going to write…[Read more]

@jane-maree Ahh, thanks! I’ll definitely be praying for her. 🙂
@steward-of-the-pen @anne_the_noob14 Oh my. Romance. The first romantic subplot I wrote was for a HTTYD fanfic and I don’t think it turned out too terribly bad. Then again, I don’t share my fanfics with anyone so maybe it’s actually terrible and I just don’t know it. xD My only…[Read more]

@jane-maree Yay!! That’s great! I’m so glad she’s doing ok. And I’m happy for her and her brother!
Thank you for the update!
*grimaces* Don’t remind me about the first romance I tired to write. It’s now deep in the trash folder somewhere… XD
(I know you asked @evelyn this, but I’ll answer it also XD) I’ve thought about…[Read more]

Her brother is getting married at the end of this week, so she’s pretty hectic at the moment trying to help prep for that, as it’s happening out on their farm and they have to make it look all gorgeous. She’d really appreciate…[Read more]

@steward-of-the-pen Ça va, it goes. School is taking up a lot of my time as well, but I have managed to edit a little more of my second book. And I did a couple pictures for Inktober.
@evelyn Thank you! We took that picture on a mountain somewhere and I thought it was perfect. 🙂
@anne_the_noob14 I am also worried about Jess. 🙁

Oh, oops! Sorry, I was writing on my phone and it was really weird settings. What I MEANT to say was, “Okie dokie. :)”
I have no idea how all that got switched around! Lol🤣 whoops-
Oh! Haha! Yeah

So many people say something like this. XD

-
Lol, say something like what?

Like this: Oh! Yeah, right! I gotcha! Wow…

Ohhh haha! yeah! I gotcha.😉😂

Yeah; how’s the publication of your story going?

Yeah; how’s the publication of your story going?
-
It’s going pretty good! I’m just working on the last set of edits and then they can do the typesetting. It’s so weird that it’s actually happening, though!
-
Cool! That sounds great! Is it going to be both digital and physical or just one of the two?
-
Thankfully it’ll be both. I’m pretty glad about that. 🙂 I’m most excited for the paperback copy, though.
-
Awesome! That sounds cool! How many pages is it again?
-
I’m not sure how many pages it’ll be in a book, but in google docs it’s about 40 pages. So pretty short (around 16,000 words).
-
-
Haha, I figured after I investigated the first confusing notification from a “Leon”. Thanks for the heads-up! 😀

Yea, sure!

Things are going pretty well, although the high school monster has been trying to snatch as many hours out of my day as it can. 😛 Full confession: I’ve been neglecting my draft for the past two months. I’m still stuck and trying to brainstorm my way out of it. But I’m making progress! I…[Read more]

Hey, I usually NEVER finish straight through with the rhyming scheme. Sometimes I try, but it always ends up wandering…I even wrote a poem once on how my mind wanders while writing poetry. 🙂
Ok, so did you write it on paper or on a computer?
Um, genre: like the form you wrote it in and is it fictional or nonfiction?
Alright,…[Read more]

Hi, Kat! Yes! I write poetry and so does @evelyn, though I’ll let her speak for herself. 🙂
So it’s a narrative poem? An epic lay? How long do you think it will be? What genre is it in? Will these questions give it all away? Should I even ask them?
