Ok, this is going to be AMAZING!

To be honest, I feel like it would be best to choose a really solid story, and let the everyday-object-symbol-thing come naturally as part of the story.

I always use notebooks for brainstorming/outlining, because it makes stream of consciousness so much easier and I’ve basically learned to think on paper. XD I also sometimes, like he pointed out in his post, write on paper when I’m especially stuck. It helps me to just *write* instead of constantly critiquing myself.
