@briannastorm Aberdeen loves your lines too. In fact, he loves every line of the story. But I think he’s a tad biased. 😜🦖
@gabriellepollack Aberdeen’s primary goal in life is to make you laugh harder with each new part. 😉 His secondary goal is to make this story as accurate as possible.
@the-golden-light Aberdeen is glad you enjoyed this! 🦖😃 If…[Read more]

@mariposa I. Love. It.
You have no idea how hard this made me laugh. XD There is so much amazingness in it. XD
These lines:
Pennsylvania fell on his knees and covered his face. “Why? Why must two innocent, guiltless—”
“That’s redundant.” Storm crossed her arms.
This is so true and I love it. @Briannastorm is the queen of erasing redundancy.…[Read more]

Hello @briannastorm! I love Narnia. It was practically my childhood, and really got me started writing Fantasy. However, my favorite Lewis book would have to be Screwtape Letters. The way he uses narrative technique and character pov in that work is just amazing. How about you?

Hey,
So I was asked recently “What genre do you write?” I said Dystopian. Later I realized that dystopian is a type not a genre. I’ve been dabbling and I know mystery and fantasy aren’t my gig, so how can I find what genre fits…[Read more]

@briannastorm Oh, you don’t say! I’m trying to develop my editing skills, so maybe you could give me a tip or two!
@ariel-ashira Indeed. I don’t appreciate it very much when people try abridging perfectly fine stories. How did you know that I was a purest??? :O
I do like to draw, but I’m not very good at it. It takes me weeks to finish a decent…[Read more]

@briannastorm Thank you very much *bows* I love being brilliant. My favorite books… oh my, I read so many of them it’s hard to choose. But I think it’s safe to say I love the classics. Ben Hur, Pearl Maiden, King Solomon’s Mines, and The Hidden Hand.
How about you? What genre do you like to read and write in mostly?

@briannastorm I love Melanie Dickerson! I haven’t read any of Jody Hedlund’s books yet, but I’ve considered trying An Uncertain Choice. Is there any one you’d recommend over another?

@briannastorm I’ll have to check those out! I’ve heard of Black and Batson, but I’ve never actually read anything by them.
@r-m-archer Me, too! I really need to read that series again… I’ll have to read those! It sounds really interesting!

@briannastorm My novel is about 440 pages long and around 92-93ish words. 🙂 I happened to come across you two years ago when I found KP and your social button was on the bottom of the homepage, and, naturally, I had to check it out. Your the only editor I’ve found whose felt ‘right’ and are the only person I can see editing my novel, so kudos to…[Read more]

@briannastorm Thanks 😀
My story has several premises, because it’s been in the works for at least five years… Essentially the idea is that there is an underground society of magical people, blending in with ordinary people. I’ve focused a lot on trying to tell a fairly passe fantasy story in a realistic style, with emphasis on the blending of…[Read more]

@briannastorm Aww, thank you. I try, but really my life is pretty mundane. Lol. 😉 I love that description, and even though I haven’t known you for a super long time, I think that it fits quite well. 🙂 *cough* Btw, I’m considering hiring you as a final proofreader for my novel. *grins* Just thought I would get that into the open because once I…[Read more]

@briannastorm Hello, Wielder of a Red Pen! (That sounds very epic, by the way) I like the professional sound of Emberians, too. It reminds me of someone who would be taking care of a ancient library or some such thing.

Hey again 🙂
I checked their books but I don’t think now is the right time for me to be interested in them. But maybe they’ll catch my mum’s eye? (But thanks for those other books I’m guessing I’ll be getting them for my birthday) XD
Are you working on anything at the moment?
