THANK YOU NOAH
Joelle, I loved reading this, it made my day. 🙂 I’m glad we agree, we need to complain to each other about it sometime. 🙂 xD
Thanks for the reply Olivia! I’m glad you were able to see the clear differences through my mess of a post. xD
However. As it currently stands, the word “magic” is jus…

I had a feeling Isa was older than Faye. Sometimes birth order doesn’t need to be specifically introduced (or at least not all at once). And I wasn’t sure what had been introduced in an earlier scene (if Isa is in the previous scene, then it all makes sense).
You’re totally right. I can’t quite remember how clear I was about it, (I wro…[Read more]

Hi Bronte! Thanks for listening and thanks for your feedback, it really helps!
Oh, man, I didn’t realize how vague I was. I didn’t indicate their birth order at all *Facepalm*
In hindsight, this scene would have worked way better if I recorded Faye’s introduction chapter first. It’s also where Isa is introduced. Oh, well.
Faye? I get…

Glad you enjoyed it! Oh that’s cool that you condensed your story to six words! Mine would go something like:
“Gained reward; lost friend; now reconciled.”
Hey, I saw your poem and it was so awesome! (good luck in the challenge *goes back to figuring out what to submit* 🙂 )

Per request, I have updated the Scene Questions below to include Rose’s suggestion (@rose-colored-fancy) …
…AND I have added one additional question that goes to the value of this fun exercise. 😎 12 Disciples – 12 Tribes of Israel – 12 Gates in the Heavenly City – 12 – Eggs in a Dozen… (Okay, I’ll admit I got carried away with this last…[Read more]

Hi Joelle,
Whew! It has been a long and busy week.
Trying to catch up on responding to posts. So, let me clarify a little. These snippets of scenes are extracted from anywhere in a longer work, so they will often be introduced without context or backstory. We are just looking at the intrinsic value of a single scene, which m…[Read more]

Hi Michelle,
You ought to check out Bronte’s (@bclarke) entry under the “Audio Cinema” Forum topic. It is very good and she gives such a clever and animated reading of a section from it called “Jade’s Story”. Here’s the shortcut to her entry: Click Here.
She has a very vivid imagination and I am excited to see what she will do for…[Read more]

Bronte, those are brilliant!!!
This one is delightfully cryptic!
Intriguing! This could be a byline for a story or novel.
Not to knock those…sinister squirrels, but the Cat has long had that aloof awareness down pat.
As a nod to those finicky felines, here’s one for the cats out there…
