    They walked for miles suffering the miserable heat.

    “How long is it until we reach wherever?” Julian asked

  • Erynne replied to the topic RP2 in the forum Fantasy Writers 2 years, 7 months ago

    “Yes, let’s.” Ellie said.

    Finn went forward so he was in the lead, and the others followed

    (Woah, I am so sorry I haven’t been here! I completely forgot!)

    Finn put his arm around his own sister realizing quickly that K’Nika wasn’t as lucky as he was.

    Ellie walked over to K’Nika and placed her hand on her arm, “I may not be a sister, but I’m still your friend.”

    (Haha, great idea 😉 )

    Finn frowned and looked at Ellie. She shook her head and whispered, “K’Nika’s people don’t get along with Thabians…”

    “Oh,” Finn nodded.

    Julian sped up to get close to K’Nika, “it’s alright, they won’t recognize you.” He told her.

    “Does anyone know what’s ahead?” Julian asked smoothing back his sweaty hair.

    @bettywoj

    Hey Bettty! Sorry I’m late.

    I’m happy you’re starting writing while you’re still young. Still in high school, huh?!

    Yes ma’am! I am 15 (and a half) years old 🙂

    I am one of the younger ones here. Most people here are about 17 or 18.

    So happy that is many years behind me. It wasn’t a great experience. I am grateful for all my experie…

    “This is strange,” Ellie agreed.

    “And quite miserable,” Lacey added.

    Finn walked on in silence not acknowledging the heat. This wasn’t anything new to him, so it was hot but tolerable.

    “I don’t remember it being so hot at home,” Lacey started again, “except that time we had the festival with that huge fire and Julian got way too close. Finn had…[Read more]

    Lacey jumped up from the ground and went with the others. Julian picked up a stick to use as a walking stick, and Ellie went with the crowd.

    The sun was already beating down, “Whew, it’s a hot day for this time of year,” Julian said wiping his forehead.

    (Wizard’s curse btw)

    Finn held up his hands in a “don’t hurt me” manor. “North it is then,” he said then started walking in that direction.

    (Woah, cool! She sounds like an epic character!)

    (Hey, congrats!!! I bet you’re excited! That’s so cool)

  • Erynne replied to the topic RP2 in the forum Fantasy Writers 2 years, 8 months ago

    “You sure he went north?” Finn questioned

  • IM HERE IM HERE NO ONE PANIC!

    @devastate-lasting

    Ey, nice job! It’s good to set a goal for yourself. Right now I’ve been trying to write three pages a day, and it’s pretty much all trash, but I’m glad it’s getting done. Well, it was. Until finals happened 😭.

    Thanks! Yes, goals are quite helpful and a thousand a day isn’t too overwhelm…[Read more]

    Ellie loaded up all her stuff and Julian put out the fire.

    Finn looked around trying to decide on what direction to continue in.

    Lacey sighed and got up still not fully awake.

  • Erynne replied to the topic RP2 in the forum Fantasy Writers 2 years, 8 months ago

    (that’s epic!!! how does he find out about her?)

    After everyone finished breakfast, Finn stood. “Shall we head forward?”

    (He’s very much a leader, so look out XD)

  • Erynne replied to the topic RP2 in the forum Fantasy Writers 2 years, 8 months ago

    Julian sighed and threw them over his shoulder.

    “Sorry Julian, we just don’t want you poisoning us again,” Lacey mumbled

    @bettywoj

    I see I’m late and you’ve already figured out what you’re doing 😂

    I am just working my way through high school at the moment. I’m homeschooled, and I’ve let myself get behind a bit.

    I am going to hopefully start a college leveled program for culinary here in a year or two. If the world hasn’t ended by then, that is.

    After I get out…[Read more]

    Hey Olivia!! I’m with Mr Stansell, I wish you wouldn’t go 🙁

    If you do, I understand and I wish you the best in your writing life and life life.

    @bettywoj

    Hi, Erynne. Nice to meet you! I’m a bit on the nutty side myself, so I should fit in well.

    That’s required around here. Look out, and don’t forget to watch behind your shoulder. That’s the best advice I could possibly give to anyone trying to survive around here.

    I believe I’ve heard of Redeeming Love, but I’ve never read it. I read a w…[Read more]

    “Julian’s poisoned us with berries before, so I don’t trust his judgement,” Lacey said.

    “Just tell the entire world, would you, Lace?” Julian rolled his eyes.

    “Maybe next time,” Ellie said kind of laughing at her friends.

  • Erynne replied to the topic RP2 in the forum Fantasy Writers 2 years, 8 months ago

    “Sounds interesting. Hopefully it’s good,”

    “You know, Julian,” Ellie said, “You should just be happy with whatever you get at this point.”

    He shrugged and sat down on the log as Ellie passed the fish around.

    “Oh, here, we can eat my berries,” Julian said picking up his bag where he had put them

    Lacey was actually awake now, “Wait,” she said as…[Read more]

    Hey!!

    That’s great that you don’t have too many finales! I really hope you get a lot of writing done.

    Let’s see, what have I been up to… As far as writing goes, I’ve been working on a romance that is going extremely well. I have been coming down on myself hard enough that I’ve been able to write over 23,000 words in about…[Read more]
