@emgc and @samuel (sorry, I know this has nothing to do with you, but I’m just super excited)
I just learned that my cello should be coming in this Saturday!! I really want to bounce off the walls I’m so excited to join the cello players, but as the walls in the room I’m in are majorly glass, I don’t think that’s a good idea.

I know a lot of us on here are musical people as well as writers, whether we play instruments or sing or just like listening to it, and @ericawordsmith mentioned starting a thread, so I did.
I’ll tag all the musical people I can find, but I’m almost certain to miss people. 😛
First off, what instrument(s) do you play? (Including…[Read more]

@parker Good job! Knowing your friend’s cello name is the mark of a good friend or a person who is learning anything cello that they possibly can… Which is how I know almost all the cellist’s cellos’ names from music camp last summer.
@samuel and @emgc Nice cello names!! I love Benedict especially. 🙂 I’ve thought about the names Theodore and…[Read more]

Yeah, I do that too. Totally understand. Please feel free to rant…no promises that I won’t ignore you, but by all means go ahead. 😆
Oh, makes sense. And those are legitimate reasons for leaving…I think you were smart to realize that you couldn’t do both. But if you ever do decide to come back, that’d be awesome!

Uh…it…um…well, certainly looks like you know what you are talking about, sir. And seeing as I know every little about such things, it would be quite foolish of me to try and debate this with you. (In fact I think you about lost me half way through your post 😉…)
And I wasn’t doubting the legitimacy of the…[Read more]

@r-m-archer Oh cool!! So what sort of style of singing do you sing? I’m a hardcore Celtic girl…
@eden-anderson What? No, you were awesome before I learned you were an ENFP. <3 True… I think I might be slightly more introverted than you… Probably because I actually really love being alone, which is weird for an extrovert. I love slinking…[Read more]

Actually I’m kind of serious. Every time I see it, I think: “I read them!“

Hey guys,
After our long break, we get to do a prompt war again!
If you’ve followed the topic about charm in stories, you probably noticed I’m fascinated with dream sequences. So I decided to make that the theme of our prompt. 😉
Starting today and lasting for two weeks, we have the assignment to write the very best dream sequence we can. (In…[Read more]

@literatureforthelight and @maddiejay, Six of Crows 😀 <3 I love both Inej and Kaz (though Inej is my favorite; sorry, Maddie). Also, @samuel, I just ordered Ender’s Game today (before I read this) because I’ve been intending to read it. I’ve heard awesome things.
@kate, I agree about Luke Skywalker. He is *soooooo* whiny! 😛
