Hey guys, my sisters and I were playing around on ArtBreeder today, and decided to design some of the Wingfeather Saga characters. Tell me what you think.😄

Uncle Erik. He doesn’t sulk very often, but when he does, I’m sure he brings some sort of food.😄
Who would be the most likely to make up their own version of a card game?
I can see Ella and Enan doing this together, and then arguing about it.😂

Oh…probably Whalen. He just seems like the sort of guy who could juggle.
Who would be the most likely to climb a tree just to see the view?
Probably Ella.

I feel like I have several characters that know how, but Kyerin would probably be the best at it. He’d also try to be kind to his patient.
Who’s the most likely to own a cat?
Kayla. She may be a dog person, but I feel like she could fall for a kitten too.

@erynne It doesn’t matter to me what medium you use. Thanks for doing this!

Okay, thanks!
I might also be able to convince my older brother to read it and give some feedback from a guy’s perspective. Would that be helpful?

Hey Kylie, I thought it was good.😄
One thing I thought you could change would be to remove this piece:
Except for saying that she was raised by the Cloven, you pretty much give all this information later. For example, she tells Nia her name, Janner notices the color of her eyes, and you could also make Janner notice that…[Read more]

Hey, this looks fun. Would you like to try one of my fantasy characters?
One of the characters that I’ve struggled to draw is my sailor, Davis. He’s black, really strong, and might have a beard (not sure). His personality is steady, artistic, and fierce. I’m not sure what he would wear (think pirate, I guess) but he carries a big curving…[Read more]

Hey, I might be interested in reading your book. I’m a girl, and I really don’t know much about the time-period your story is set in, so I’d be focusing on character, plot, and flow.
What format would I be reading it in?
Hope I can help!

@writergirl101 Thanks for the tag.😄
@claire-h Wow, this is really intriguing. I’m just going to throw out a few ideas that might help.
1. What if Dr. Arrowood is trying to protect someone? That could be motivation. What if, lets say, his son did something bad, for one of his father’s “projects” and now he’s going crazy because of the memory. So…[Read more]

Arindown replied to the topic New book blurb – thoughts? in the forum Fantasy Writers 5 years, 4 months ago
I have to say that the new one is more intriguing, but I find the first-person voice a little unclear at points. Especially the last paragraph.
This part (above) is by far my favorite piece. It gives me internal conflict, and the irony of it.
The first blurb was more clear on what the actual story is about: who the characters are,…[Read more]

My storywriter girl, Ella. I doubt she writes a lot of poetry, just a little when she’s feeling down.
Who’s the most likely to see animals as friends?
Probably Ella’s sister Kayla. She’s a dog person.😄
@rose-colored-fancy this is a really good idea!
