@eden-anderson *cracks up* Sorry sorry XD XD I’m not a debater by any means either, MBTI has just been my niche lately and when I have a new niche I just talk about it to like everyone like nonstop XD XD Yeah not trying to debate at all XD
And yeaaah I did leave the guild….I loved it but it was a big commitment and I had an affair with another writing community XP, so most of my community attention is focused there hehe…So I didn’t really have time to get into the guild. I may come back to it eventually, idk

@ericawordsmith Well my research isn’t very extensive, I just did some to find out what I was because I was going through some stuff and I wanted to understand myself. And yeah that’s kinda how that works, but it depends on the function. Because in MBTI you can’t just really say “I’m an extravert” because people have both introverted and extroverted functions. So I have dominant extraverted feeling, so yes I would be an extravert techincally because it’s my dominant function. But extraversion isn’t always sensing others’ feelings, that’s just Fe. For example the dominant function of an ENTP is Te, extraverted thinking. I’m not entirely sure how they work because I haven’t studied every type, but their extraversion isn’t the same as an ENFJ’s extraversion. So if you have dominant Fe then yes you can sense other people’s emotions and empathize heavily with them. An ENFP though has dominant Ne I believe and auxilliary Fi, introverted feeling. So it’s different, yeah. Sorry another rant XD
AND YES I NAMED MY CELLO HIS NAME IS DEREK!!!
@parker IT’S DEREK DANG IT NOT DERICKNo one reads these anyway
Weeeeell it’s not really putting them into a box. It’s more just that any person will fit into one of six categories based on the different cognitive functions. The letters don’t really matter, it’s the functions. For example as an ENFJ I have… Fe, Ni, Se, and Ti. That’s Extraverted Feeling, Introverted Intuition, Extraverted Sensing, and Introverted Thinking. Introversion and Extraversion have nothing to do with “social” or “unsocial”…They’re simply how the mind works and functions for each person. There are extraverted people who are hermits and introverted people who throw crazy parties. For example, Introverted Feeling (Fi) and Extroverted Feeling (Fe). A person with dominant Fi will be very well in tune to their own feelings, but not very good at reading others. A person with dominant Fe will be very empathetic and can practically absorb other people’s emotions; that’s me. The letters in your personality don’t matter as much as the functions behind them because they all work together and compliment each other to form your personality. Fe, Fi, Se, Si, Te, Ti, Ne, Ni. Eight functions, and everyone has a combination of them in dominant, auxiliary, tertiary, and inferior forms. The Myers-Briggs system wasn’t built to make anything new; it was built by analyzing already existing people and categorizing them, like taxonomy.
It really is a very involved subject….There are people that know a LOT more about it than me. Like a lot. Buuut it’s legit, it’s definitely legit. And no I don’t usually rant about stuff like this XD XD I’ve just been looking at MBTI a whole lot lately. It’s quite interesting once you get down to the nitty gritty stuff beyond the personality tests. 😀

Am I like the legend of Story Embers or something because I feel like I never come around anymore XD XD
@ericawordsmith Yup! I’ve played cello for about two years now I think? Year and a half? Tis a great instrument.Well since this is a type thread….I’m not entirely sure what I am but I’m not ENFP because they have Fi (Introverted Feeling) and I have Fe (Extraverted Feeling) so much it’s killing me lately….I think I’m either ENFJ or ESFJ but I’m not sure. I’m almost positive I’m ENFJ though. I could be INFJ or ISFJ but it’s a long shot. So yeah.
@parker (These people are so mislead about the MBTI should I go get Dylan and make him come educate them mwahahahaahaaaaaaa I’m just kidding, kidding XD)No one reads these anyway

@millenium-m NaNoWriMo is just abbreviation for National Novel Writing Month, and it’s every November when writers around the country (world, maybe?) attempt to write 50 thousand words or more (a full novel) in just one month. In theory there’s nothing you “join”, it’s just basically a glorified holiday for writers. There is though a website where you can set up an account and track your progress and stuff like that. https:/nanowrimo.org

@ncstokes Pantser—Ha! Far from it XD I spent most of October outlining….My full outline is like 20k words and my scene map is almost 10k and 48 pages XD XD I don’t generally outline that much though, I usually just do Seven-Point Structure. No one reads these anyway
I’ve heard a lot of people from movies and books are ENTP…Or maybe it was ENFP?? I think ENTP. Joker, Iron Man, Willy Wonka….
I also heard something interesting though, a friend (who’s been studying the MBTI system for seven years) said that your type has nothing to do with the test…It has to do with your cognitive functions. LIke, the test will ask you “where do you stand at a party?” But what really matters is WHY you go to parties, and WHY you stand in that particular place…Like Extroverted has nothing to do with being social, it’s the way an Extroverted person’s brain works that makes them extroverted, and Introverts aren’t always hermits…Introverted people can be very social, outgoing people. Really interesting stuff. Not that I want to spend 7 years studying it, but it’s still cool…And kind of frustrating that a large percent of people will get their type wrong because the test is super duper innacurate.
BUT long story short, if we’re going off the test I’m ENFJ, which I imagine is horribly innacurate. I’m definitely not Feeling or Intuitive

TGZ was dramatic and extreme period. Didn’t the guy build a ziggurat on his deck and worship it or something? Was a great story though.

Words of wisdom? Uh, yeah.
LEAVE. It’s your best chance of survival.
But should you choose to risk your life to join in our insanity, here’s some choice words: If you want to insert HTML markup into your text, assuming you know it, make sure you’re in the “Text” tab of the text box instead of the “Visual” one. Learned that the hard way.

From what I hear it’s really good, but then again I haven’t used it. I may this time around assuming…Parents
But considering the price, I’d say an entire Facebook group and a library of content is worth it. Heck I’d pay just for the group.
I’m pretty sure @josiah is involved there, as well as other users on SE.

Wait one second, they killed someone to gain an unusual amount of emotion. There’s got to be something in the rulebook about that…
Congratulations, Avensbeck! I loved your story.

@millenium-m I breathe ice. I’m of the Drake race which means there are many of us…Thundervians, Pyronians, Cyrunians, Terravians…The Thundervians are the ones you need to watch out for. They big.
Yeah. we don’t have a friend option. We have some sub-par web developers…
I joke, their developers are amazing, whoever they were.
