Either way, RP or book, I’m fine!!! (Are we leaning towards RP? Sounds like it to me, but I dunno XP)
MEL:
I read a book like that, with the different perspectives every chapter! That’d be fun to do. (Also, I LOVE writing in first person, too. I didn’t use to, but now, after practice, it’s my…[Read more] -

Yeah, I totally will!
I do, too. π I guess it’s because it’s a broken system created by broken people.
Lol XD I wonder if most bloggers feel that way at some time or another…
Yay! I can’t wait for it!
Saaamme!! Here’s a random question concerning this quarantine: What’s the funniest thing that happened during it? (I mean, even if nothing…[Read more] -

Thank you!! My mom and I actually took them. She’s interested in photography, and I was just too stunned with the scenery to not try to capture some of it with the camera! π It’s funny, though, how much snow can change landscape. Awesome!! I write fantasy, too. I love it. Huh, wow, that sounds like it would definitely give one mixed feelings! I’m looking forward to/dreading when it’s time to edit mine… XD -

Lol, we have the opposite problem! π
Aw, I feel even worse for him!! XD
Lol, I look into/read other people’s stories and conversations on SE, so don’t worry about it.
Thanks!!! I just hope it won’t throw our little group into evenΒ moreΒ confusion–wait, actually, I know it will *cackles*

I will, too! (Btw, how do you have the block quotes so that they don’t say the person’s name above it?)
Well, let’s see… A role-play is (from my experience. @joelle-stone , please chime in if I miss anything) a story in which each participant posts from their character’s point of view. The group comes up with a plot/story/whatever…[Read more]

Ouch. That sounds really bad. My brother’s are having the same issue.
CONGRATS!!!!!! What genre is it? And, btw, what is the editing process like?
-
@MischievousThwapling
My novella is Fantasy!!! The editing process is really satisfying and at the same time really depressing 🤣 I get to see all the awful writing mistakes Iβve made. Itβs definitely going to take longer then I thought. Overall though I feel about the same way I did when I was writing the first draft.

*chuckles* Yeah.. Let’s just say on that trip LOTS of pics were taken that I really like (Plus, it’s winter, so it gets me into the mood)…. But kudos to you for being the first one to notice/say something! π Honestly, though, the profile pic makes it so that it’s harder to see. The actual pic is much more breath-taking.

@mischievous-thwapling,
Oh man, yes! The mountains around here look so different throughout the seasons (glittering solid white in winter (well, wet winters (aha! Alleteration!)), blue in spring, dark blue/purple in summer, gold (or, patches of gold) in fall…) What can I say? I love my state (minus the political junk)!
-
-
@joelle-stone
Funny that you. mention loving your state so much–remember how we joke a lot about how funny it would be if our parents actually know each other? Well, I just discovered the other day: My dad used to live in Colorado!!!-
And I was talking to my mom about places I’d like to move when I grow up, and she suggested Colorado! She was like, “CO’s a very beautiful state.” And I just smiled and said, “So I’ve been told.” When she asked by whom, I just laughed and mumbled your name. XD
-
LOL!!! NO WAY. What part of Colorado?!?! My mom is from the Eastern slope and my dad from the Western, so there’s a very slight possibility they might have known one another (wouldn’t that be AMAZING?!?). Also, if it isn’t too personal of a question (and if you can’t say I TOTALLY get it), what town/county/slope did your dad live on?
-
*ahem* @mischievous-thwapling
-
-
@joelle-stone
LOL!!
I think he lived around/near/in Denver. (I can’t say exactly which) Since I know next to nothing about CO geography… I’ll let you tell me how close that is. π AND YES! If they’d known each other, that’d be SO awesome.-
Ooh… actually, my mom grew up in the Denver area, in a tiny little town nobody’s probably ever heard of named Byers. (I think that’s how you spell it). I can’t say if we live there now or closer to where my dad grew up or somewhere in between, but still! π
Also, I wanted to say that your comments today really cheered me up. I was pretty mad at…[Read more]

Sry! Actually, my family stopped watching football when the Green Bay Packers became… interesting. My dad was so disappointed in them that he refused to put any football ornaments on our Christmas tree (which, BTW, has a full roll of toilet paper as a topper, to remind us of what not to take for granted (and also because we had a headless angel…[Read more]

That’s hilarious!! Oh my gosh, thanks for that laugh. I need it today. XD Yeah the Cardinals are trash this year, but, since I’m from there, the Kansas City Chiefs are and always will be my favorite team. π And they just beat the Broncos last night, so…!! (I’ve always hated the Broncos) -
@mischievous-thwapling,
Lol!! My mom used to be a Broncos fan (so it was interesting when the Broncos played the Green Bay Packers), but, like with what happened with the Packers, apparently they made some choices that disappointed my mom, so neither of my parents are into football anymore. XD

While Janner disagreed with Larnik about how Larnik was treating his sister, Kalmar started to sniff deeply, but instantly stopped, his face burning red. Even if he was a human boy again, some habits were hard to break.
