Hey!! 😀
@chalice and I started this thread for a weekly art challenge where we take an old bible, pick a verse/chapter from the Psalms, and then draw on that page our interpretation of that verse/ chapter. You can check out the first post for the rules…
Would you like to join us?! That would be awesome! 😀

-
@michelle
Well, since I don’t really want to give out my e-mail address…I’ll suggest two things: You can share it through google docs or you can start a thread for it here on the forum. -
I can send it to you on google docs if that’s alright with you:D is there a way I can give you access to it through?
-
@michelle
Okay, awesome! I actually don’t have a google account so I’m not entirely sure how it all works…but I think there is a way that you can make it public so people can comment on it. That way I can help you with it.
You can post the link here if you want too… -
Okay, I can screenshot it:) Oh and Eden, I’m going to draw something of the Psalms Thread. is there any guidelines I have to follow or what is a good day to post my picture?
-
@michelle
So sorry I didn’t get back sooner!
Okay, that’s fine!
And no there arn’t really any guidelines that you have to follow other than the picture has to be inspired by a verse/chapter in Psalms. If you want to know more just read the first post by Chalice in the Psalms Thread. And it doesn’t matter what day you post. Can’t wait to see what…[Read more] -

@michelle Aw, thanks. I myself am completely baffled by the modern worldview that nothing’s your fault, it’s always someone else’s problem, and this character is actually inspired by that. I personally believe that everyone should own up for their own mistakes, and that’s actually where the idea for this whole novel came from–consequences. So the…[Read more]

I have a pretty similar outlook–while I don’t shy away from violence in any means really, I also usually focus more on the effects of the abuse rather than it. Like say, instead of describing a long scene in which character is beat up, I give said character an aversion to being surprised, or people sneaking up on him, or being touched…[Read more]

@michelle Haha, well he’s the son of a famous rebel named Erabrus Wolfsbane, a general in the rebel organization. Unfortunately, the whole theme of this character–who’s name is Shadow, btw(at least that’s his false name)–is what happens when people don’t look any deeper than outward appearance. It’s kind of like that Bible verse that says man…[Read more]
