So yeah! Go ahead and tag me whe…[Read more]

Yes, I want to go to Spain someday, though my friend also wants to go to Mexico, which would also be fun. 🙂 Our family travels quite a bit, but mostly just from where we live here in Canada to Ohio for…[Read more]

@mayajoelle Ashtown Burials are my favorite too, though I adore 100 Cupboards too and it used to hold that special spot in my smol bookworm heart. I think the difference is realizing how unique and quirky Ashtown Burials is (while – in comparison – 100 Cupboards feels a bit more genre-typical, even for it’s N.D. Wilson style of not following the…[Read more]

@mayajoelle Aha, I knew it sounded familiar but I couldn’t think of what it was from. That makes sense though. (:
I’ve only read them once and I remember not liking them a whole lot… that was a while ago however and I’ve been meaning to read them again. I’ll probably like them more now!
Which is your favorite N.D. Wilson book/series?

Yeah, my favorite books by N.D. Wilson would be the Ashtown Burials! I love those!
And my fav for Rosemary Sutcliff (not sure if I’m spelling her name right..) would be, Outcast and The Lantern Bearers! I haven’t read all of her stuff though.
How about you? -

(: Yeah, Texas is great. I have a friend who moved here from Boston. She loves it here (all the guys hold doors open, manners are paramount even if you don’t like feel like doing them). Except for the heat.
You mentioned “Be Still My Soul” and “In Silent Pain the Eternal Son.” and “This My Soul.”
