So…should I start? How much should I do? Do I just go to the Google Doc and start typing?

Typically I prefer 3rd person, but in this case 1st might work well, especially if it’s a collective writing project. That way we’ll be writing using the character’s voice rather than our own, so it would be more consistent. We could also do a limited 3rd person just from the older brother’s POV.
