Yep, it’s you. Right now, I’m going for the Whitman touch. I recently began the beginnings of a poem on the beginning of Autumn. Because Autumn has just begun. It’s going pretty well. I might put it up here or somewhere sometime for critique. You ever read Whitman? (If so, I would advise only some of his works. Others aren’t so well done).

@evelyn I do! I even try setting them to music sometimes. It’s good fun.

@evelyn You should totally get a sidekick character. :3
Kay: Not sure how you’re going to get one though. Seeing as I’m the one who found Catwing and I think that’s normally how this sort of thing works. I mean especially for me cause I’m the sort of person that has a, “you don’t find me, I find you” thing. But I do think that is in general how…[Read more]

@evelyn So sorry it took me this long to respond…
AWW!!! Thank you so much!!! I’m working on a couple more poems right now, but as I’m in college it’s not happening as much as I’d like… However, there is a poetry class I could take sometime… I’ve thought about taking it someday…

@evelyn Well, it might be over, but it isn’t fine. It’s never fine when people do that.
Well, TBH as soon as I wrote that line about reading some Christian Fiction that was good, my brain went, “WAIT. What? You have?”
Let me go stare at my bookshelf for awhile and see if I can actually find something. 😜
Is Narnia considered “Christian”?…[Read more]

@evelyn, Hey Evelyn! Not sure if I can help much here. I was never very interested in watercolors, until recently. (Now I’m like, ahh! I want to try watercolor so bad! but I still haven’t looked into that a lot.) For acrylics, though, I would recommend Lee Hammond’s books. She has several books on acrylics, and they were really helpful for me.…[Read more]

Finally coming back to answer. XD
Before I dig deep into what I mean, let me ask you a question.
When a person, especially a non-Christian person, has a mental illness, who do they think about the most?
I’ll let you think about that for a moment and move onto analyzing. So. When I say I believe that mental illnesses, in…[Read more]

Not to be picky, but, while I agree with you the fact that there are two types of depression, I wouldn’t say that one of them came from “having a bad day or week”. I went through about three-to-five months of very bad depression (I brushed up on my mental illness reading after this topic was started and I’ve realised that if I had gone to…[Read more]
