Yep! We tend to move around a lot so I haven’t ever been in a good place for horses– not to mention the cost of transporting one. Otherwise I would love to have one. 😛
Your WIP sounds neat! And not stupid at all. (And Eyy, INFP. My favorite! XD) Â I struggle with themes as well, Â but I’m sure you can pull it off!
Well, I’m currently *trying* to finish my current stop before NaNoWriMo and frantically prepping for that as well. My main WIP is about an arrogant man *cough* He’s a jerk *cough* and a depressed cat burglar who completely hates him. Meanwhile, this slightly idiotic man accidentally becomes indebted to a gang leader, His brother and sister are looking for him since he ran away from home, And a princsess may or may not be plotting to murder her parents and brother for the throne. *grins* And it’s also about tuna sandwiches. And birds.
And then my NaNoWriMo project will be Historical Fantasy set in WWI.

I, completely unlike @evelyn here, haven’t been around a whole lot. But I recently decided that I should be, and so here I am. *Sighs*
I’m pretty sure that everyone here has a certain degree of weirdness, to be honest. I think you have to be weird to be a writer. 🙂
Anyway, I’m Bethel, and I like (you’re never gonna guess this) writing! And reading. And Horses. Evelyn can confirm that I like horses. I am also homeschooled, (Hence more weirdness.) And my favorite subject is probably math.

Okay. I have decided to just take Kai out… for now. The Character I have decided to bring is slightly insane, very nice, and has a pet toad. Is there anyone in particular that I should put her next to?

Kai bounced out of his cage, “Thanks! What’s your name? Mine’s Kai. Does your cat have a name?” He looked back at the nice lady, whose hands were stretched out so she wouldn’t bump into anything. So she was blind. He stepped up to her, “Miss, do you need me to hold your hand so you don’t run into things? What’s your name? Did they make you blind or were you born like that?”

Kai rubbed his eyes and tried to smile at the girl. “What’s a lab?” He asked, and sniffed. He picked up his wooden sword and tied it back around his waist. “Are there dragons here?” He began climbing the bars again. It was then he noticed the man and his cat. The man noticed him and put a finger to his lips. Kai nodded, and he clamped his mouth shut.

Kai tried not to cry– in his mind, Knights didn’t cry, and besides, the nice girl had told him to be brave. But he watched as one by one the suits came and led the others out of their cages, his positive enthusiasm, that usually knew no bounds, began to crack, When the scream echoed from a room elsewhere in the lab, it broke, and he burst into tears. “I don’t want them do hurt me.” He sobbed, “What’s happening?”

*screams and begins running around in circles* I really need to post. I’ll try to do so later this evening. Also, does anyone have any idea as to what experiment I should have Kai undergo? I’m kinda stumped…

I *raises hand* have a couple questions? What sort of experiments do you have in mind for our sharacters? Why are these people doing this? Who are they working for? is all this classified? What do they want?

Kai nodded, and beamed proudly at the girl. She was nice. (Ember), “Yep. My name’s Kai, what’s–” He stopped, noticing the Suits. They opened Phoenix’s cage. “Hey!” He shouted. “Where are you taking him?”
The Suits ignored him. Pheonix tried breaking from them, and Kai held his breath. Then he saw the suit aiming his tranquilizing gun. “Mr. Pheonix!” He screamed, and pulled a wooden sword from a loop of string tied around his waist. But by that time, Pheonix was already out.
Then Kai turned to the nice girl. “What are they going to do with him?” His lip trembled. He paused, thinking of something “Will they come get me next?”

Kai narrowed his eyes at Pheonix, “Are you just saying that because you don’t want me to be worried?” He smiled, “It’s okay though. I think you’re right. Everything’ll be fine.” Then he frowned, looking at Keldan “Is that a knight?” He looked back at Pheonix, “Do you think he’s a knight? You know, I’m going to be a knight when I grow up. And I’ll go fight dragons and evil knights. And guys in dark suits.” He grins
