Ahhhh! That was so great! I resonated so much with this poem. Especially the lines,
“Habitual failing -I wish I could quit” and
“Make my love greater than my pain,
Help my vindictive soul to change,”
Excellent word choice. π

Hey, everybody. Feel free to leave me some feedback on my poem. What do you think I can do better? π
The Snare
The Bible declares that fear of man is a snare,
And this truth matches my experience,
I know itβs real as Iβm hearing this.
For a dozen times I can be fine,
And the journey goes pretty well,
But I still think about when Iβl…[Read more]

I wrote this poem yesterday, and it’s the first one I’ve ever written in English (not including an attempt when I was 13 or so).
I want to weep
I want to weep until I have no power left to cry,
In Your embrace, I want to wail until my eyes get dry.
ββIt canβt occurββ, You said to me, You voice was sad, not mean,
ββI long for you, My d…[Read more]

Hi,
I have written several poems and I wanted to know how good they are and what I can do to make them better. I mostly write free verse poetry but I have tried using words that rhyme, but they don’t sound as good as the free verse. They probably don’t sound as good because they were like the first few I ever wrote and I didn’t know the rules of…[Read more]

I have a playlist of Russian worship songs, and I love to put it in random orders, This time, this song happened to be the first. It was amazing and gave me a glimpse of Heaven’s joy… So, I hope it will bless you too!

Hey, everybody. So, here’s a poem I wrote. Feel free to offer feedback if you want to. π
I Would Be
The person I was and am isnβt who I want to be.
Who would I be if nothing stopped me?
If all my weaknesses, fears,
All my sins disappeared.
And I could begin again.
I would seek mercy and justice.
And my hypocrisy? I would bust it.
I w…[Read more]
