Your poem was very fun to read.  I like your rhyme scheme, and the rhythm and choice of words were delightful.  It reminded me of perhaps an alien visiting earth, and being confused by our strange customs.   (That probably sounds weird.) 👽

@kb-writer  Wow.  Your poem is awesome.  At first I thought I liked the third stanza the best, but as I kept reading it kept getting better.  “He hears fathoms of thoughts with each tear.”  That is such a beautiful thought.

@kb-writer   Thank you!  I wrote it the same morning I posted it.  My younger sister and I were talking about how funny it would be if house‘s plural was hice, and rice‘s singular was rouse.

I think I’ll follow this.  I need to do a “Vocation Project” for school (I picked being a writer 🙂 ), and I’m having a hard time preparing my bibliography.  Two out of the four books I checked out contained inappropriate content and didn’t help much.
