@lady-iliara WOOHOO for you, dear. I think this is one of the most important discoveries for artists and writers; to gain enough perspective that instead of wanting to throw everything out, you can say “I’M THREE WORDS CLOSER TO BECOMING A WORLD FAMOUS AUTHORESS. I’m awesome.”

I figure I might as well contribute something to pile. I’ve been dabbling in ink lately, and have gotten slightly *cough* completely* cough cough* obsessed.

@katthewriter Well, I haven’t finished my story yet either, not to mention I just realized I’m probably going to have to rewrite it for the second time. But all in all, I think what @Elizabeth said is really the best thing here.

@Daeus-Lamb Honestly, my biggest issue with character development is exactly the first problem @R-M-Archer mentioned. I know my characters beautifully inside and out, but when it comes to actually translating that to paper (particularly with my MC), I just don’t feel like I’m able to bring them across the way they are in my head.
