Sanjit sounds like a unique villain, even if he’s not really a villain! It’s interesting that he wants to help people. And that nobody hurt him; that seems like a key figure in lots of villains motives.
And yeah, there are a lot of questions! I’m going to have to contemplate hard to answer them.

Ahab nosed his way through book after book, looking for a clue of some kind. He didn’t know what he was looking for, but doing was better than nothing. He was actually panicking.
