It’s pretty awesome that you’re working on a Master’s. I imagine that’s a lot of work!

I’ve always struggled with dialect to be honest. Some of my beta readers have told me they really liked the dialects and accents and slang words and others thought it was too over the top.

So I don’t think I can really answer this that well. I usually just go with what seems to make sense for the character or race.

This sounds great! I can’t wait to check them out.

I’m really sorry to hear that. I know that divisions in the family like what you’re going through at the moment can be awful to deal with. I’ll be praying for you, your mum and your sisters.

My favourite passage that I really clung to when going through stuff was Psalm 46, so you might like it too. 🙂

Also, I imagine you guys have heard, but in Australia we’ve been honouring the three ex-military US fire crew that died fighting the fires here. I just wanted to tell you in particular that we’re so very grateful for their sacrifice.

Hopefully one of your American country singers will write a song about them soon 🙂

I think for me its more different pieces of music having different experience, I guess, but not having just one colour, but I can’t really tell the differences between notes so I don’t “See” or associate particular colours to particular notes.

Oh and by the way, I’m ninety percent sure I have some form of synesthesia too! I’m very visual about words and they all have colours and letters have personalities.
