Truth be told, she is not actually saved for about half the book, she’s just able to fool people, including herself.

Yes, it is the former. I think It’ll probably be more of a contemporary thing to show the difference in a Christian courtship versus a modern day thing.

I have no plot ideas, just characters and genre.
