Chloe covered her mouth with her hands. The bear grunted. Birds flapped through the air. The elephant swung its trunk, as frogs hopped around, with a bald eagle gliding through the sky above. A venomous black serpent wrapped itself around Nicholas’s arm.
“What a surprise!” Nicholas laughed. “You’re so awed, but this is merely a little of my col…[Read more]

Here’s a thought… I feel bad that I started this than never got around to scheduling things… What if we take all the parts that were previously written, put it into a new thread for everybody to catch up with and go from there? I think going back through all the head counts and #stillin stuff takes a while…

Umm… Hello? Am I the only one here?
Is this thing officially dead? ‘Cause…
We either need to bury this thing formally (AKA put it in the coffin, dig the whole, drop it in and sing a funeral dirge) or SOMEBODY needs to go ahead and write the next part. 😀
So… Anybody #stillin?

Kieron nodded. “I’d say yes. You said you don’t have a weapon, right? Well take my sword, I can’t exactly do anything with it like this anyway.” He nodded down at the boy in his arms with a rueful smile.

Kieron followed Crystal down the passage, carrying the boy. He glanced at the lit torches on the walls curiously. Someone must have lit them recently, they were no where close to being burned out. Which meant… “Um, we might not be alone in…[Read more]

Delton took a step back.
Julius Armstrand went into a fighting motion at the swing of the axes. Gasps lit the air.

“Just as long as we don’t run into any traps we should be fine. I think. Who knows what Deathrock has in this place.” Kieron sighed. This was why he didn’t like accepting his station in life. Because he wanted to help people without all the crazy clueless adventuring. Although if things back home continued the way they’d been going so far he’d…[Read more]

“One of the soldiers was whipping him just before the trumpet blew.” Megyn’s voice shook a little. “When the soldier heard it, he stopped but yet was going to force him to march across the yard–” She pressed her lips together and watched Kieron’s hands as he wrapped the wounds.
