    Sorry for asking (again)– I’m a impatient person–but can you write the next post soon? I am in one of my Wingfeather writing moods, and that means I’m more apt to write and not just wait. Again, sorry!

    @everyone

    So, those who read the last post of the story I wrote probably noticed that Sylvie is not Sylvie’s real name–it’s Caitir. I did this so that the Wingfeathers wouldn’t figure out that Sylvie is the daughter of Artham and Esben’s younger sister (we did agree on this, correct? I think we did.) until someone (possibly Kenna…) reveals that Sylvie’s name is actually Caitir, therefore letting Artham, Nia, and whoever else know that Sylvie Bronin is Caitir Wingfeather, daughter of the previous Song Maiden, and the Jewels’ cousin.

    Possible names I’ve come up with for unnamed characters are:

    For Sylvie’s real mother and Janner, Kalmar, and Leeli’s aunt: Miria Wingfeather (later Aernil) -I really like the name Miria, and I think it flows well.
    For Sylvie’s real father and Janner, Kalmar, and Leeli’s uncle: Miles Aernil -I’ve had this one rolling around in my head for a long time, and I think it has a good ring to it. Plus, I had the idea that he was a soldier, and miles, militis means soldier in Latin.
    Sylvie’s adopted mother: Calida Bronin – It means warm, loving, and, as she’s a very motherly person, I thought it would fit well.
    Sylvie’s adopted older sister: Lileas Bronin
    Sylvie’s adopted oldest brother: Antonio Bronin
    Sylvie’s adopted older (not oldest) brother: Brodric Bronin
    Sylvie’s adopted younger sister: Elsie Bronin
    I’m still trying to figure out Sylvie’s adopted father’s name (or if he’s a character mentioned in the books. I’ve thought about Danniby because 1) it never says his last name, so it could be Bronin, 2) Danniby unfortunately died in the last book, so it would fit in when I said Sylvie’s father died in the second Annieran War, 3) it would just be fun to do!

    Anyway, what do y’all think?

    @kylie-wingfeather,

    I don’t remember discussing Sylvie’s non-adopted family (probably just my bad memory acting up again, haha), but that plan works great for me!! And I think it’d be awesome if Danniby was her dad. *wistfully thinks of how I really liked Danniby – and Rudric – and pretty much everyone else who died* You came up with great names (I really like Calida; gotta use that sometime!), thanks for putting this all together!

    *Runs into room, shouting excitedly*

    Alright! Danniby is her dad! (thanks Kinnan!)

    *Waits for response and slowly realizes nobody is there*

    Umm……………….

    *Fidgets with hem of dress*

    *Spots piece of parchment and pen on table, reaches over and grabs it, and leaves a note*

    So yeah… That was kind of weird–hopefully it at least made you laugh.

    @kylie-wingfeather,

    Haha, good one. 🙂 Sry I haven’t been here; I was on vacation for a week.

    Greetings! I have returned to much silence. Where are we all hiding? Shall we continue? I believe my beloved Evil Scientist has claimed the next post.

    I hope you all have a wonderful chocolate-filled day.

    (P.S. Yes yes, my note was nowhere near as concise as Miss Pierce’s, but I’m not one to write small.)

    *stands back and stares at note* *shakes head at self* *shrugs and climbs back into cabinet*

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Haha, that was fun, thanks for the idea, Kylie! 🙂
    All right all right I’ll go for it. But I am currently seeking an accelerated course of study along with a job so don’t expect me to be more present over the summer, y’all-I’ll be even more busy, in all honesty.
    “Caitir! How darest thou!” Sara glanced away from Leeli as she heard Sylvie’s friend whisper-shout and Sylvie giggle.
    “It’s nice that she has friends,” Sara murmured. “When I tried to talk to her, she freaked out. It reminds me of some of Armulyn’s orphans at first. Quiet, always hiding from the other orphans and I. It took me some time to befriend them, and they seemed so lonely…”
    Leeli nodded, pale and absent-minded. “I remember. Layna was quiet and hid from everyone but certain few of Armulyn’s orphans. Did Sylvie’s friend call her Caitir?”
    Sylvie studied her. “Yes. Why?”
    Leeli looked away. “It’s nothing.”
    Through the pain in her abdomen Arundelle only heard one word: “Caitir.” She halted and Artham glanced at her in concern.
    “Are you okay?”
    Arundelle bit her lip. Something about that name… something that tickled the back of her memory. But a fresh stab of agony shot it out of her mind as she gasped and leaned on Artham’s arm. “No,” she said. “No, it’s not. Artham… I’m in labor.”
    ———————
    Thought I’d scratch having Arundelle early into the pregnancy for dramatic purposes. 😉 @kylie-wingfeather @backwardslivewriter @mischievous-thwapling @crazywriter
    Aaaaccckkkkkkkkk, sorry for being away so long! Sorry sorry sorry!
    _____
    Kalmar glanced up when he heard that crazy red-haired girl giggling something with the word “Caitir” in it. It tickled the back of his mind, but he couldn’t remember why it sounded so familiar. He turned to Janner, about to ask if he recognized it, too, when Arundelle gasped out, “Artham… I’m in labor.”
    Kalmar froze, turning to his aunt. He was about to say something when Artham exploded, “What?” Lowering his voice, Kalmar’s unlce asked, “Really? Now? Right now?”
    Arundelle managed a dazed nod.
    Artham’s blue eyes grew stormy and wide. “Nia! ___ (what’s the name of the lady whose house they’re going to stay at?)! Arundelle’s in labor!” he called, still supporting his wife.
    Kalmar shook his rain-drenched hair out of his eyes and stifled a sigh. He knew they were in for a long night.
    That was terrible. But my brain’s pretty dead right now, so it’ll have to do. Write, my fellow Featherheads!  Keep this RP alive! @kylie-wingfeather @backwardslivewriter @joelle-stone @crazywriter
    Soo… life’s a little busy right now, and I’m spending WAY too much time on the internet, so I’m gonna have to bow out of this RP (and a lot of others). *cringes* I’m REAAALLY sorry! I know me leaving will probably kill this since it has so few peeps, but maybe you can recruit someone else? Sorry again, and thanks so so so much for writing with me!
