@melody_joy,
LOL!! Ha ha, yes, 8×4 is 32, not 64. LOL LOL LOL!!! I’m so bad at math. Ha ha.
And yes, feel free to call me JS, although you can also just use Joelle if it’s easier to remember or something. 🙂

So, maybe we should find everybody’s strengths so we can divide the stuff up better. ‘Cause Wing said that she doesn’t really enjoy developing, but I know she enjoys other stuff. Melody said that she loves developing, but certainly there’s something she doesn’t like doing or could care less about (sorry if I’m wrong!). As for me, I hate worldbuilding, but I love doing characters!! So maybe we can find a way to stick most of the developing with Melody, leave just a little for Wing in case she gets and idea, and so on and so forth. If this doesn’t work, it’s perfectly fine!! Just an idea. 🙂
August 16, 2020 at 8:11 pm #118262No worries!! I can turn off these particular notifications.
Btw, your forum signature is so me. 😂

August 16, 2020 at 8:21 pm #118263Good. 🙂 And I love yours!! It makes me smile every time and is such good advice. 😀
August 16, 2020 at 9:02 pm #118264Yes, I can do that (outline the games, I mean). I’ll write them out and get them up here as soon as I can!

Yes! I do love developing! That is such a great idea. I have started a little bit, but not really lol. This week I’ll have more time. This past week was a 12 hour a day for 5 days music camp that I attended, so obviously I had NO time WHATSOEVER lol.
Life is short, smile while you still have teeth!
August 16, 2020 at 10:06 pm #118267So, what we have recently mentioned that needs to be developed, and that I have been super excited about is: 😛
1. More Judges
2. More Extra Characters
3. Religions for our countries

August 17, 2020 at 11:25 am #118291THE RACE
The government provides hover boards, hover-blades, hover bikes, and a few other small vehicles. The track may work well in the Desert biome, but whoever picks this can decide. Weapons and combat are allowed, but sabotage is discouraged. Points are determined by which place you win, but also collecting several items scattered about the race course. There are also several impediments and/or traps about the track to slow players down.THE OBSTACLES COURSE
Perform the best in an all-out, state of the art obstacle course filled with the most difficult terrain and equipment to traverse.INFECTION
Each player gets a disc and must attach it to another player while avoiding getting one attached to themselves.TOUCH
Basically, touch another person, and in turn they become the tagger. There is a time limit on the match, and at the end players win their places depending on how many times they were tagged and how many people they tagged.THE LIVING BATTLE
Fight a living creature. You defeat it by removing a restraining collar from the creature. You can defeat others’ creatures as well. Places are given when all of the creatures are defeated.THE MECHANICAL BATTLE
Similar to living battle.THE FINAL BATTLE
Free-for-all, chose or build whatever weapons and armor you wish. You can defeat a player by knocking them off one of the many platforms of that specific arena layout, or making them surrender to you. Places are given depending on how many players you defeat.THE LABYRINTH
Get out of the rigged maze without falling into a trap. Combat is allowed, and dirty tricks permitted to delay other players. First out of the maze wins, followed by second, third, and so on.Hope this is what you need, and also feel free to change any of the games you wish.
So, do we have a point system that determines who gets eliminated? Or is it just whoever wins last in each individual game?
What I know in my head and what I believe in my heart are two entirely different things.
August 17, 2020 at 11:27 am #118293Another thought to add onto this, could a player potentially win last in the game, but because they performed well the judges eliminated a different player that won a higher place but played poorly?
What I know in my head and what I believe in my heart are two entirely different things.

Sorry if I tag you twice!

August 19, 2020 at 1:07 pm #118394Thank you! I do have to say that if I had set out to write something like this on my own, it probably wouldn’t have turned out good at all. It really helps when a whole bunch of people brainstorm and work together. They point out things you never noticed, come up with ideas, and can do a lot of the world-building, developing, etc. for you. 😛
You are not alone. I like math, but only when I understand the concept, LOL.
So, maybe we should find everybody’s strengths so we can divide the stuff up better.
Awesome idea! I had a thought for it, like this: Mel and Rose could do a bunch of the developing stuff — developers; you, JS, could do extra character development — character developer; and I could be the Blurter. A Blurter is a person who doesn’t like to do a whole lot of deep developing but likes to do some of it, and when she gets a great idea, blurts it out at random with a lot of exclamation marks. Example: What if Mr. Whats-his-name does this!!!!!!!!!!
In other words, that sounds great. The Blurter still likes to do some developing, so she might come up with another character or something. *shrugs* She says she’ll see. Also, Blurter says that things are going to be getting busier in her life after a few weeks and she may or may not have as much time to post. Fun Fact: Blurters are often undecided when it comes to certain things.
1. More Judges
The Blurter may spout out one of these, I shall have to consult her.
2. More Extra Characters
The Blurter has an idea for one, perhaps.
3. Religions for our countries
The Blurter is thinking of just keeping it simple: the one saving faith is repentance, faith, and trust in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. But we could have other false religions, etc.
Sounding great! Those descriptions will give the Blurter a good base to try to develop a few in her spare time. Oh, the Blurter has a question. Can the animals in the Living Battle be big or small? Of any kind? Made up or real?
NEWS
The Blurter is announcing that she is still working on her planet’s descriptions and development, but she has a fairly good outline. She wants to know if there could be warriors like Jedi, but that don’t have any political influence. They are sorta just like state police, if you take her meaning. And they have lightsabers. Neromiro Drake decided to get them together to form his guard that is investigating the backrounds of suspects. So they are corrupt, and the “state police Jedi warrior people guys” end up being bad guys. If this is too Star Warsie, the Blurter is totally fine if we don’t do it. She is actually thinking it might be, but just wanted to throw it out there. She says if y’all would rather not do it, she wouldn’t be the least offended.
Also, the Blurter said she will work on refinishing Andor’s backstory, but it keeps slipping her buttered mind and she will try to remember.

The animals can be anything you want them to be, but it would work best if they were at least somewhat smaller than the stadium… no flying orca whales or planet-sized… monsters. I was picturing each them slightly larger than a tiger, and each a different species (birdlike, catlike, doglike, lizardlike, ect.), but I think that having a variety of sizes and types would be cooler, more diverse and unique.
Also, that dark Jedi police thing sounds pretty cool. I think that we can make it work if we alter enough of their aspects. The Jedi can’t have all the laser swords and cool robes to themselves!
… I generated a bunch of random organization names from fantasy name generator, so maybe the Jedi-people’s organization could go by Shadow Squadron or Barrage Crew or something like that.

August 19, 2020 at 2:48 pm #118407Ok, I just realized that in my last post, I kept repeating things but with different words. Yeah. I have a bad habit of doing that, especially when typing. It makes it confusing! So sorry about that. 😉 I will keep a tab on my repetition and start being concise and right to the point.
I am now being concise and right to the point.

Totally get it! It would NOT work to have the entire arena torn apart, LOL. Although a flying orca whale would be pretty cool…. Ahem. I was thinking the creature that Ronnie-Kix would battle would be *giggles* a hamster. You’ll get it when you read it. *more giggling thinking about how ridiculas and obnoxious that sounds*

I’m so glad you like it! 😀 And yeah, Jedi’s cannot hoard all of the cool stuff. Probably the first thing we should eliminate is the Force, what’ya think? And they should probably be all boys; it just seems more of a manly job. Both those names sound great! I don’t know which one I like better… Shadow Squadron is easier to say, even if it’s more awkward to type, XD I was thinking of incorporating the —– (fill in the blank) into Kix’s story, as his father used to be in the —- (fill in the blank), but resigned. Kix finds his old robe, tunic, and lightsaber by accident. I’m still working out all the kinks in the joining policy for the Culling in the country Arzoa, but I was thinking Kix could join in place of his father.
I’m rambling, so I’ll cut off now. 😛

Maybe only the captains of the organization have laser swords, and the rest have a different type weapon… I had an idea for like a blaster that shoots black crystals, but that might be a bit much.
How do you feel about Black Hunters for their name? Maybe Dark or Void Hunters, or Elite Police?
What I know in my head and what I believe in my heart are two entirely different things.
August 19, 2020 at 3:16 pm #118411Oh yeah! I think that black crystal gun thingy sounds great! They could also have stun-guns or something.
Oooo! Those are some great names! Void Hunters sounds really cool, as do the others, but I think the Elite Police or that one would work best. Andor doesn’t think he’s doing wrong by sending them out, so having a scary name might contradict that, LOL 😀
