Thank you! No, they are not; Rúan’s story is on hold right now, and the Meirs are from a collaborative story I have with my boyfriend and my friend :))
I think that in order to get to the next stage or room of the castle, each character has to pass through a gate or entrance guarded by their “timeskip” or future self. So, if Saevus beats Lord Castle, then this could be a surprise challenge they have to face in order to get their reward. If Saevus loses to Lord Castle, then it could be a punishment!

Well in the castle it’s been cute, I think as long as he TRIES to respect her boundaries it’s good. Never underestimate the power of puppy eyes.
See, I think that’s the key – he’s really does try to be respectful of her b0undaries and immediately backs off if she lets him know she feels uncomfortable or doesn’t like what he’s doing

Your characters seem cool! I love sibling duos! (or trios)
My character in the castle is Conroy Flinston, an eight-year-old boy who just happens to be a spy. He’s had little training in basic manners (he will learn eventually XD) and is currently being held as a hostage by the castle and is in desperate need of being saved or being dropped by the castle.
I love your art style!
That would be really cool for the characters to meet their older and more mature (hopefully XD) selves.
I’ll be dropping in my MC soon. Here’s a quick rundown of her.
Name: Cahira Beckwith
Age: seventeen
Personality: an arrogant, sensitive, quick tempered, spoiled girl (the result of every action she has ever made being applauded by her entire world); however, she is a diligent worker, clever planner, and will submit to those who are clearly in authority
Appearance: her clothing is similar to Conroy’s, meaning clashing colors as well as loose and flowy; she is 5′ 6″ with a thin, sharp face; her blonde hair is chopped short on one side but long on the other side; she also has blue eyes and birthmark on her left cheek

@calidris That’s a cool painting of Kit! I especially like how you did his clothing.And I LOVE that idea for after the fight with Lord Castle! …though I’m not sure if I should laugh or be incredibly sad at Mara meeting her future self…

Here’s a description of my character…
Name: Yarrow Olonen
Age: Around 15
Appearance: Blonde shoulder length hair and bright blue eyes, somewhere near 5’9”. Probably wearing something green that’s comfortable for tree climbing. More often than not he has a bow and quiver with him.
Personality: He knows when to be serious, but generally prefers to find a joke in everything. His humor is partly just him and partly hiding regret for a mistake he made. He’s friendly, outgoing, and loyal, willing to fight to death for not just friends/family, but also strangers who are being unjustly treated.
A long-hidden tale may hold the answers-and the healing-they so desperately seek.

Frey’s profile!
Name: Frey Spurling
Age: About nineteen.
He’s a Fine Art student at the same school Ophelia and Malcolm go to.
Appearance: About 5’8″, pretty slight and looks younger than his age. Curly blond hair and blue eyes. Light skin with maybe a few freckles. Probably wearing dark brown slacks and a green sweater.
Frey has a chronic condition called fibromyalgia, and some of the symptoms are chronic fatigue, pain with no physical cause, hypersensitivity to sensory input, brain fog, dizziness, and more symptoms along those lines. It’s a pretty changable disability, and some days have more or worse symptoms than others.
He uses a wheelchair or a cane to help with both the pain and the fatigue. His wheelchair is dark green and doesn’t have handles, with green spoke guards with mushrooms painted on them. (I’ll add an image XD) His cane is green with a gold handle.
Personality: Where to even start XD He’s extremely confident, though most of it is a front I think. He loves getting reactions out of people, which he does in a variety of ways, from deliberately annoying them, flirting, or basically any other way. I still don’t quite know why he does this. He comes across as very sweet and innocent but he’s very aware of social situations and very good at manipulating them, though he usually doesn’t do this with ill intent. His morals are a little all over the place, but he has a very strong code of honor. His MBTI is ENFP-a.
