Would you rather be ignored or be criticized?

Dayton: *snorts* “Either way, I won’t be affected. I care very little about what people think about me. But I suppose I’d rather be criticized than ignored.”

Alan: “Uhh . . . I think I’d rather be ignored. Being criticized all the time would be . .  tedious at best.”

Rob: “Ignored. Rather stay in the background”

Jim: *thinks a moment* “I can handle either one. Sometimes both are good for your pride. But I reckon I’d rather be criticized.

Megyn: *nods in agreement.* “It would depend on the context of the situation. Sometimes I’ve found that it’s better to be ignored or not noticed by certain types of people.”

Would you rather live on the moon or underwater (think Atlantis)

Dayton: *rolls her eyes* “I suppose underwater.”

Alan: “On the moon!”

Rob: “Underwater.”

Jim: “Yeah.”

Megyn: *ponders a moment* “Yes, that could be exciting . . .”

Would you rather have the ability to move things with your mind, or the ability to read minds?

Dayton: *cocks her head* “That is actually a difficult decision. . . *contemplates a moment* “I’d rather be able to move things with my mind. More could be done a whole lot faster.”

Alan: *grinning hugely* “Oh, yeah, that would be cool! I could pick you up and move you to Africa or someplace else while I sit on the couch, eat popcorn and watch a movie!”

Dayton: *gnashes her teeth at him*

Rob: “Hm. I think I’d rather be able to read people’s minds.”

Jim: *looks rather puzzled* “Dunno . . . guess I’d rather be able to read people’s minds.”

Megyn: *ponders a moment* “I think that I’d rather be able to read minds.”

Would you rather be a parent or not?

Dayton: *stiffens* “I suppose I’d rather be a parent.”

Alan: “Uhh . . . I rather not. Don’t think I’d be a very good one.”

Rob: *slight eyebrow lift* “Never really thought about this.” *pause to do so* “I think I’d rather not.”

Jim: *thinks deeply a moment, staring at the wall* “Well, . . . at this point, I rather not. Don’t need anymore lives in danger . . . cuz’ of me.”

Megyn: *thinks a moment* “I’m content as I am. But, if I were to become a parent,that would be fine with me.”

Since this seems to have died, I’ll post two new questions:

New Question 1: Would you rather be stuck on an island alone or with someone who talks nonstop?

New Question 2: Would you rather fake your death or go to jail for 10 years?
