Hello peeps,

I guess I can’t be sure, but I assume Brandon has said goodbye to you? Well, not bye, but that he’s stepped down from guildmastering due to an overwhelming work load.

I wanted to step in on his behalf to let you know about the future of the guilds.

Many other among the guildmasters noticed that the job is mentally taxing and that so far the guilds haven’t been able to offer much that you can’t find elsewhere.

It was a hard decision, but we decided to close down new applications to the guilds. To clarify, we are not closing down the guilds! Just new applications. Also, guildmasters aren’t required to do anything anymore but post about word wars. So, basically, we’re leaving the guild’s survival up to the guilds. Whatever tasks or community aspects they want to continue will be up to them. 🙂
