@inkling-for-christ That’s another great reason. It’s kind of the reason why I’m writing a fanfic this July. 🙂

@samuel Pokemon was animated and voiced in Japan first, then dubbed in the US by 4Kids, so, it’s more of an anime than Avatar, which was Western animated with Eastern inspiration, making it Amerime. I don’t play the card game/video games. And I’m an original Ash, Brock, and Misty fan.
I’m not saying it’s the best anime ever, but it’s still an…[Read more] -

I’m a big fan of Hetalia, Ouran High School Host Club, Pokemon, and InuYasha. I haven’t really attempted fan-fiction for them though.

That sounds like a fun story, the hologram one, and the Zelda ones sound fascinating.
I’ll definitely check out the blog posts.
I value fan-fiction for the practice it gave me as a beginning writer. Also, if w’re going to be honest, wish fulfillment. Bullied girl wanted to go to Narnia and be saved by a High King, okay? -

@filewriter She’s going to be 13 this October. But she doesn’t act her age at all. She’s a good pupper and I love her. 🙂
I think the longest project I’ve finished is my fantasy TSJ (The Sovereign Jeremejevite) at 55K words. But I’ll be adding to it for future drafts.
Its sequel is going to be 80K. -

Does anybody here write fan-fiction? If so, of what?
Little baby (12 year old) me started writing by writing Narnia fan-fiction, but I’ve been writing “original” for a long time now.
I’m bringing this up because I’m having surgery in July and don’t have the time to start the novel I was planning for Camp Nano’s July program, so I’m writing a…[Read more] -

@filewriter my dog’s name is Reeses because she is the color of peanut butter and she used to have a chocolate colored muzzle when she was younger (it’s getting a little gray now.) Her ears are still brown though. She’s a sweet baby and I love her.
And for the record, the Pyrenees’ names are Persephone and Wonka and they have a puppy named S…[Read more] -

@filewriter nice to meet you! Well, it takes a few days short of month for a full first draft to appear but it’s still relatively shorter than how some other people write. (I do NaNoWrimo in November, April, and July so I’ve adopted that quickness, with my own quality. Hard to explain. Yet, I don’t just put words down. I carefully plan my n…[Read more]

I drew this as a sort of illustration for when their dogs have a puppy. It’s fun drawing my characters. -

@ncstokes That’s actually me, yes! Thank you for thinking it was real. (Well, it’s a real picture, but taken in 2017 on a cell phone…)
I find dressing up aids the creative processes. 😀 -

I’m glad you like my writing style in just four paragraphs! That’s really neato!
Also, there are some days where I stare at my word processor and cry because no novel appears. There’s no in between, lol.
I suppose my hobbies would be drawing my characters in various situations that would be in my stories. I do like singing though.
I do hi…[Read more] -

Finally finished my profile. Go check it out if you want to. Has my WIP on there.
I do this thing where I stare at my Microsoft Word and then words appear and a novel happens. It’s kinda cool.
Anyway, I write fantasy and cozy mysteries. I’m working on a series that was supposed to be a standalone, but it just sort of took off. Also, I love…[Read more] -
