The Fledgling Artist

@the-fledgling-artist Thanks, I needed that. 😉 Yep, watercolor. I’ve really been liking to paint with subtle colors.

Your underwater scenes are so cute! I think they’re my favorite. 🙂

@dekreel I love the Millie Florence one, her skirt is so pretty!! Also, fan art is one of my favorite things to draw, too. 😉

@the-fledgling-artist Woah, I love that!  How did you pick the verse?

@the-fledgling-artist
Oh that’s so lovely! I love the colours and her calm expression!

I LOVE the hair! Great job @the-fledgling-artist!

Okay well, I may as well post some of mine too. It’s not as good.

@dekreel …well… not really the best right now. So I guess I could use some prayer too.
I’m praying for you.

*grins* Absolutely. *pulls out a couple feather pillows from behind her back* *tosses you one* *shreds pillow in an explosion of feathers*

@the-fledgling-artist Ooh, girl, I luv that!  And your profile pic is totally cute too.

@chalice @everyoneelse  I haven’t been on much either this summer.  I actually just got back from working all summer as a camp counselor. I did have the chance to do a little sketching, but not much on the full blown art scale 😛

@the-fledgling-artist I think the Psalm art would be a fantastic idea!

@the-fledgling-artist, Hey! I’ve been doing pretty good. How have you been?

Ah! That’s so neat that you’re doing a graphic novel! I’ve always thought it would be neat to do something like that. What is it about, if you don’t mind me asking? Yes, I would love to see what you’ve been working on! Haha, I’ve actually been doing a TON of art lately,…[Read more]

@the-fledgling-artist Maybe…. maybe not. Are you feeling called out? …hehehe 😆

@the-fledgling-artist  It is super fun. I’d recommend it to any writer, artist or creative mind in general. (although honestly even if you’re not a creative mind blogging is still awesome)

@the-fledgling-artist *whispers* And what is it you are always saying about not-talking yourself down? 😉

@the-fledgling-artist  Okay, HER HAIR THO. *applause*

@the-fledgling-artist  I’m glad you like my blog! 😀 How long? It depends on how motivated I am to write. Generally speaking I’d say they take thirty to sixty minutes. Sometimes longer. Depending on how much I want to write at the moment it may take a few days (not non-stop obviously hahah).

Glad I’m not the only one. 😛 I sure hope I…[Read more]

@the-fledgling-artist  Sounds cool! ^.^ I’ve been busy trying to finish high school (as I’m technically graduated but I’m a home-schooled procrastinator so I still have stuff to get done x.x). Doesn’t help that I’m easily distracted. 😛 Other than that, I’ve been blogging, drawing and spending way too much time watching YouTube. XD

@emberynus-the-dragonslayer  You have great taste! Who’s your favorite artist/band. I like Andrew Peterson, Hollyn and TobyMac.

@selah-chelyah  Thank you. X’)

@wordsmith Thank you so much! 🙂 I haven’t been writing a lot. I don’t think I’m cut out to be a full-on writer, but it’s a fun hobby anyway. Mostly what I do nowadays is blogging and t…[Read more]
