@dekreelHello, Emberites! (Or whatever we’re supposed to call ourselves. . .)
There was a topic like this on KP, but it hasn’t been introduced to SE so far, so I thought I’d do that. This is where you can ask an artist to draw your character so you can get an idea of what they look like! If you want your character drawn, come to this topic and tell us what they look like, and hopefully someone will take up the job.
Here is a selection of artists that you could choose from, although I know there are more of them. 😛 I’m basing my selection of most frequent artists to accept a drawing commission on KP.
@jenwriter17 @gabbyj @snapper @the-fledgling-artist @itisastarrynight @lillian-parks03 @ariella-newheart @catwing @rosiequill @dekreel (me).Okay, so I have a character for someone to tackle. His name is Tyver, and I have no idea what he looks like. He’s the emperor of a country in a more-or-less fantasy realm. I can sort of imagine him with like well-groomed, sandy blond hair and blue eyes, and maybe freckles. He’s young, respectable and gullible. If someone would be willing to draw him, that would be fantastic. 🙂

@the-fledgling-artist@dekreel Fun! I’m always up for a challenge. Since I have Inktober to deal with I’m a little hesitant to accept right now though. If no one else can get to it I’ll give Tyver a try anyway. 🙂

@h-jones@dekreel Oh my wordie, this is awesome! And I think I’ll give Tyver a shot – he sounds like a great character! It’ll probably just be a sketch but eh, he sounds too awesome not to try. xD
If anyone would like to give my main character Gor a shot, here’s a little sketch collection of her facial expressions and two references to her outfit (still a work in progress, so if anyone would like a creative challenge you can embellish her design if you want P: :)). Also, ignore the Pansutts girl… haha, not entirely sure why she’s there. xD
Her hair is black, eyes are a bright, light blue (close to white), and her skin is kind of a darkish, mocha-frappuccino-type color.

@h-jones@dekreel Haha, done xDD Gave it my best shot.
Gave him bare feet because I thought that’d be cute, since my impression of him was that he was a bit of an easygoing soul. That may be completely inaccurate, but ya know xD

@emgcOoh, so fun!
I would love for someone to draw one of my characters.
Her name is Marcia, and she’s 12. She has red-brown hair (though it has more red than brown), and has dozens of freckles. She wears her hair down in two long braids and a brightly colored do-rag around her head. Her eyes are green, and she’s small and thin, and wears knee-length also brightly colored dresses and brown boots that go halfway up her calf.
I realize that’s a lot of detail, but if anyone would like to draw her, that would be most appreciated!
Thanks, y’all!

@h-jones@dekreel I’m glad! 🙂 That’s great!
Also, fun fact, the girl Gor (pictured in the second drawing) is one of my characters from a book I’m working on. Just thought that’d be a fun crossover considering they’re both from fantasy worlds, haha <3
And yes that is a Vulcan salute xDDDD “Live long, and prosper.”
@emgc I’d be happy to try. 🙂-

@itisastarrynight@dekreel ooh yay! I’m happy we have a new thread for this. I thought about remaking it myself whenever I first joined SE. I clearly didn’t, so I’m glad you did 🙂

@dekreelWhile I’m here, would someone mind drawing my character Leina? She has long, blonde hair in two ponytails and brown eyes. She’s about 15 years old. She LOVES adventure, and she’s snarky, fun-loving and somewhat critical. Anyone want a go?
