Howdy folks! Hope you all had a happy Thanksgiving and I’m wondering if you all want to do one last word war before this month is over?

I wrote 2,772 words this week. That’s from last Sunday to Friday. Do the words we wrote on Sunday not count? Something you said earlier seemed to imply that.

If so, I wrote 197 words on Sunday. Making the total 2,575.

Totally understand. 🙂 I do a fair amount of writing by hand as well, but then I always type it up so that I know the amount. But I understand that’s it’s kinda a hassle. No worries!

@literatureforthelight — I can’t imagine counting words on paper. I wrote about two pages because I had to, and it took me forever to count, and I had only written 4,00!! So I understand. 🙂

Well guys, I really appreciate all this feedback. It looks like the three main topics everyone wants to hear about are theme, plot, and worldbuilding but worldbuilding got the most votes by a small margin. I’m thinking that’s what we’ll go with.

Alright, here’s this week’s word count for Good or Evil: 2,926 words added.

And the entire word count for Good or Evil rewrite is now up to 8,504 words. For those of you who were wondering. That’s almost three thousand words more than the original short story. I would guess I’m about half way through. We’ll see.

There’s something I have to see. I poke my head in the kitchen.

It’s large, and spacious. Plenty of counter and cabinet space. An Island.
