Here’s what I’m planning on doing:

Written in first person present tense. He’s a concert pianist that plays jazz. It’s backstage just before the first concert, and he can’t find his hat. And he’s deathly afraid of going onstage without his hat. But his tour manager comes up and urges him to go…[Read more]

What if they were chefs? They were childhood sweethearts that both dreamed to be big chefs one day. She died before the dream could be fulfilled, and it’s the night before he goes in for the first day of being a real chef, and he’s afraid he won’t measure up… ? I was thinking maybe a military type parachute jump, but I don’t know anything about that, so that’s probably not a good idea. What’s something that he would be nervous/scared to do the night before, and could possibly lead to guilt about his wife’s death?
