Is it even possible to have dialogue in a 2nd POV story? If so, how can one go about writing it?

@steward-of-the-pen I have been dabbling in contemporary, but it is hard to find a good contemporary novel to learn from. One of my favorite contemporary novels, is Wonder by R. J. Palacio.
