@cassandraia That sounds like a lot of fun!

Jane austin is so cool! I haven’t read any of her works, but I know people who speak very highly of her. I’ve studied her ideals a little bit as well. 🙂@cassandraia
Thanks! and that story sounds so super cool! I love stories that deal with such real subjects. Hope it goes well for you! -

@cassandraia Thank you! My plot is coming together, bit by bit. I have to find time and battle my own insecurities, but to be honest, once I get on the document and start typing, it’s really all about the story. Most of the debilitating thoughts come when I’m not writing 😛
Oooh, how was Realm Makers? Did you meet up with anyone from SE?

Hey everybody! 😊 So I could use some help with my short story, it’s just a 15 minute read at the most. I’m expected to submit it on Wednesday and I want to make sure that the grammar, punctuation and theme are all perfect. I’m worried I might have missed something, so any constructive criticism you have would be helpful! Thanks guys! …[Read more]

Don’t be terrified, most nurseries are used to volunteers who don’t have any experience yet. 🙂 Holding babies isn’t too hard, you support the head and the rear and be careful. But if they’re young you have to make sure that you are supporting the head and neck. If they’re under two months they might not be able to hold thier head up…[Read more] -

Dealing with multiple ideas
Most writers have more story ideas than they know what to do with. If you’re in this boat, you need to know how to cut through the clutter and make the right decisions. Here are a few things I’ve learned that have helped me.
Write everything down
Writing your story ideas down cements them in your brain. You’ll be ab…[Read more]

oof, I get the busy part! I just got back from summer camp as a councilor a couple weeks ago and it’s been non-stop ever since! As for writing, I tend to write a large variety. But my theme/goal is always to communicate the unwavering love Jesus has for us, as well as the emotional healing and soul-restoration He has for…[Read more]

@cassandraia My sister and I recently rewatched about half of the Marvel movies to prep for Endgame (we stalled out halfway through the first GotG movie), which I decided was the perfect opportunity to rank them all, and movies with Loki got automatic extra points just because I…[Read more]

@eden-anderson Those are good choices. ^-^ Cap and Loki are a couple of my favorites, too. Probably those two and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man are my top three favorites. 🙂
It’s been ages since I read The Door In the Dragon’s Throat. I really need to reread the series so I can remember the older books. There are a couple toward the middle/end of the…[Read more]

@r-m-archer Ooh, it looks amazing! Definitely gonna have to look for it. I’ve only just recently started getting into the world of Marvel, thus I am neither a long-time or hardcore fan and so my opinion isn’t set in stone. 🙃 Like the more MCU movies I see the more my opinion is apt to change, if that makes any sense. I dunno, I love the first…[Read more]

@eden-anderson I’ve gotten a total of three thrift store books, I think? One of them was pretty good, one of them was awful, and one of them was good but I didn’t realize it was an adult book so… there was a scene I ended up having to skip. What’s your favorite book you discovered at a thrift store?
Yeah, I’d say most of the graphic novels I…[Read more]

Sorry.
I mean, not really…😉 Basically all the scenes with Frodo and Sam are cry worthy. When Frodo leaves Middle Earth…SO SAD!! 😭😭😭
When I meet someone and their like, “Yeah, I’m love to read.” the person goes WAY up on my radar. 😀

@cassandraia Oh, yeah, I know exactly what you mean. (I’ve actually cried just thinking about certain parts from the movie. 😭) Sam and Frodo…yeah me too. Especially this scene

Gahh, I’m gonna start crying already.
*whispers* I actually kind of admire you for it. 🙃 I love people who love books.
