oof, I get the busy part! I just got back from summer camp as a councilor a couple weeks ago and it’s been non-stop ever since!

As for writing, I tend to write a large variety. But my theme/goal is always to communicate the unwavering love Jesus has for us, as well as the emotional healing and soul-restoration He has for us! I like angst a lot too, cause that provides the most opportunity for healing 😛 What about you?

^_^ Glad to be here! I do read, but as I’ve grown up and graduated, I’ve found the time for reading just isn’t there anymore :/ But, I do try to read. As for what I read, I usually like fantasy type novels, but really, I only enjoy reading books that inspire me to take an aspect from the book and use it to help advance my own writing projects. So, if I found there’s a particular character I’m absolutely in love with–I want to read more to be able to dissect and figure out why so I can add those elements to my own projects.

As for favorite books, I got really attached to the Alex Rider series, Artemis Fowl, Peter and the Star catchers, Percy Jackson, The False Prince, to name a few. Right now I find I can get more inspiration from TV shows than books, though. So my favorite TV show is White Collar cause the plot in that TV show… hmmm… is beautiful.

And uh, no… pineapple on pizza is a solid no. XD What about you? TV Show, books, and pineapple on pizza questions XD

    Thanks!

I have a couple current WIPS that I tend to jump back and forth from. The current project I’m trying to keep myself focused on is called The Four Relics.

Basically, it’s a sort of C. S. Lewis inspired story, in the sense of there being God/Jesus/Holy Spirit representing Characters. And these characters jump through the story leading my four main characters (Zeki, Favien, Enah, and Taemilla) on a quest to go reclaim four missing relics for the Kingdom of tetelestai (aka, the Kingdom of God). These four relics are The Amulet of Truth, the Cup of Knowledge, The Circlet of Identity, and the Sword of Strength. Each of which has been taken by an Enemy and twisted for that Enemies own gain/each relic representing a struggle one of the four main characters struggle with.

Along their journey, they learn ho they are in Christ and the restorative power he offers, through the painful and sometimes very dangerous adventures, or, more like trouble, they get into along the way! 🙂

    What’s your current project about?
