Yep! 🍄 My sister has been getting into foraging and herbal remedies lately. She’s found a lot of different edible mushrooms that we now really enjoy eating.

Countries I’d like to visit? Well YOURS OBVIOUSLY!! lol Italy. Scotland. I’ve always wanted to see the sahara dessert for some reason, so Africa. Israel. And most of all…[Read more]

Awesome!! Yes! Coffee!!

Lately I’ve been drawing, reading, and going mushroom hunting.

My older sister loves horses too, but we don’t have any or any friends that have them.

My favorite hobby beside writing? Welll. . . reading a good book is great. But I also love just being around people. I don’t know that that’s a hobby, but…[Read more]

Amen! 🙏 We have to trust that He is in control!! It’s not horrible. They just closed non-essential businesses. Thankfully my dad’s job is considered essential. 🙂 All the public schools are closed as are many of the churches.

My writing is going pretty well. I’ve got way too many projects going at once though!! LOL.

I’ve come up…[Read more]

Hey! It’s great to hear from you again! It’s been awhile! I’ve been doing well.

I’m glad everything’s good over there now with the fires. How are you with this corona virus stuff?

How’s your writing going? Anything new or finished?

I’m from NZ btw…except I wouldn’t be able to do a writing group at the moment xD

I think @banana-peacock-warrior is from Australia, and also @august-grace.

Are ya’ll kinda like beta-reading each others work?

It’s alright, I’ve been super busy!!

Yeah. I’m still trying to stay ahead with school. I’ve been doing Geometry and Algebra at the same time. I wanted to finish school this year, but I don’t think that’s gonna happen.

Hey. How close did the fires get to you?

That’s awesome! yeah. Walking in nature helps me get back into my…[Read more]

Oh actually if a publisher picks her up,  my friend from Australia, and guild leader is going to have her /amazing/ book published.  She just did get query letter.

But the sad part is you get used to it xD after a couple video calls my friend’s voice doesnt sound so different. Do you like any version of American accents? Or is it just us that likes everything else that’s dirasticly different because we have so many forms of different accent with 50 states?. XD

I have this old Dish sqaure…[Read more]

Hey! It’s been a while since we’ve talked. What have you been up to?

Ohh your from Australia??

My friend and guild leader lives there! ! I love the accents xD

Photographer? Cool!  I’m. . Kind of a photographer?  Aka i try with the cheap camera i have but don’t have enough money to buy a super expensive one to really be a real photographer.

We’ve launched a cool new feature on the forum called groups.

You can find them in the nav bar like so:

Groups are hubs for writers to gather around something they share in common. They include a Facebook-like feed and most of them also include their own forums.

So far there are three types of groups:
1. Word war…[Read more]

I don’t know anything about copyright or anything. I just find the pictures on the internet. Would probably have to ask daeus about any copyright stuff.

Awesome!!! I LOVE beta reading!!

Nope, I’m not doing NaNo this year. I’ve never done it, actually. 😛 Someday (maybe next year lol) I will, but I’ve just got so much chaos on my hands. 😂 And I’m outlining (or trying to 🙈) my most recent WIP, so that’s got all my attention. 🙂

Hi! Sorry, it never alerted me that you’d replied. Technology is weird sometimes, haha.

Playing basketball in a cloud sounds pretty cool. I used to actually compete in another sport, but – as it turns out – I didn’t enjoy competition very much. 😉

I do not play any instruments. But I wish I did. I used to take piano lessons, and…[Read more]

Your WIP sounds AMAZING! <3

Yep, it’s new! Found it on the internet.

Yeah me too!!! It’s really difficult to find people who do! Outside of my family, there’s nobody else I really know that does agree with me about Harry Potter. Even my close friends read it!

Cool!!! That’s great! I’d love to Beta read it when it’s finished. Well, actually, I’ve never done…[Read more]

No prob glad I could help. 🙂

Sometimes there is, sometimes there isn’t, it really depends on the guild. Alot of people make a thread to introduce themselves in the announcements. Hey don’t feel goofy, I didn’t know where to introduce myself at first either!

Hi! It’s great to hear from you again. *grins*

Yes The Homelanders is an epic five book (or is it four book?) series. It’s one where I would totally “use the forget-me-stick (that is a quote from the movie Megamind. Me and my family do that a lot, lol. I guess we’re “all mad here.”) on myself just so I could read it all over again…[Read more]

Hi! *does happy wave*

I’m doing good. How are you?

Haha, yeah. But I’m happy we can chat at all. I can’t believe I am talking to someone in Australia…*giggles nervously* And, given the fact that it’s nighttime where you are right now, I understand if you don’t reply right away. *gives a thumbs up*

Yep. Never read it. Always wanted to though. Never watched ‘Stranger Things’ either (and like you, never intend to for the rest of my life).

LOL! That’s kinda how it is when you tell people that you’ve never read Harry Potter and don’t intend to!

Yep I’m in a guild. Yes. The thing under your name does mean you are in the Avensbeck…[Read more]

Hi! First: I am really sorry it’s taken me so long to respond. Second: It’s good to hear from you again. Um, I haven’t been up to much here, haha.

Your WIP sounds awesome as well!  I like how the heroes are basically from this world and go to another world.  And don’t worry about the story title too much.  Warriors Unite is pretty much the only story (except one other) I have that has a (mostly) set title.  A couple others have working titles, but most just have no tit…[Read more]

I don’t know. . . I kinda want to read Narnia.  haven’t read it yet. Other than that I’m not sure.

It’s totally fine!  I understand.

My main WIP is called Warriors Unite, and it’s a completely fantasy world.  There are 5 different Races, and at the time the book takes place, none of them like each other.  They’re not at full-out war with each other, but borders are closely watched and heavily guarded.  An evil sorcerer nam…[Read more]

I am also introverted, like to write fantasy and have yet to finish a single book–in spite of having probably over a couple dozen projects and ideas. XD

My favorite book. . . Besides the Bible. Well lately I’ve been reading a lot of non-fictional books. Books for teen girls. They’re SO good and I’ve been reading little else lately.

But if I HAD to pick a favorite fictional book. . . Probably The Fisherman’s Lady and The Marquis Secret by George MacDonald.

No worries! *smiles*

Yeah, I totally get what you mean. There is just something about getting a letter, addressed to you personally, in the mail that is so incredible.

I heard the Hobbit and LOTR movies were filmed there. It would be so awesome to tour the set.

Who is your favorite Youtuber(s)?

Yay *does a happy dance and hums music* I’m so happy I’ve found someone as weird as I am, (in the best way, of course.)

I have not been very active lately, but I was reading over some of your posts and I saw that you are a film maker.
