Quick question, as I am new to this, but will we just report how many words we wrote at the end of the month? Or will we report weekly instead?

So me and a few of my friends came up with some little challenges in lieu of participating in #Nanowrimo. We’ve got twelve altogether. The idea is that, even though we’re busy with work and school and other things, we can still get some writing in.

As that is the case, I’m hoping to finish our first challenge today.

I’ve never had a lot of trouble with naming characters. I tend to have lists upon lists of names. Most of my favorites are pretty old fashioned, so normally before giving suggestions I like to ask about the character’s personality, age, and of course; gender.

So if you’re still looking for names, I’d love to help.

No goals last week, but I’m hoping to hit about a thousand words in my current WIP this week

I’m kinda new around here… I think I’m just gonna sit back & watch how this goes… So far the ideas sound really neat

Ok, so I’m a newbie, I didn’t have any summer goals, but I have high hopes for this coming winter. I’m working towards finishing the first draft of a novella that is a companion to a historical/western romance. So far I have a little over eight thousand words. My goal is about 20-25k. We’ll see how that goes 😅.

It’s only three days into the week & I’ve already hit my goal! I put down roughly 450 words on one of WIPs! I’m definitely feeling a little proud of myself 🙂

I didn’t do as well as I hoped last week. I’m still going to be pushing muself to make more time for writing, but I’m definitely going to try and be more realistic this coming week.

Wow, so, I’m late to this discussion… I’d have to say that my goals for this week are definitely to make time to be able to write, but without letting my work and school suffer.
