I am riding in the van on the way to our new house right now. I am very excited!

WOW! I’ve moved before so I know that excited feeling! Are you sad at all about leaving Georgia?

A little bit. But I know there are a whole lot more opportunities where we are going now, and so I’m looking forward to that. I’m going to join an art class, which will be so awesome!

Yeah, I was sad when we moved.  Really?! An art class? That’s amazing! Do you think it will improve your art a lot?

I sure hope so! I want to learn how to draw so I’ll be able to draw anything pretty good, but I’m not sure where to start. I think this will be a good introduction, and then I can research more about what I want to learn if this doesn’t give me exactly what I’d like.

But I think it will be really fun; my teacher’s going to talk to us about various artists, we’ll have a lesson on drawing, and then we get to paint!

Right?! Dad’s and internet box’s. Two of life’s most important things, lol. Does your dad seem to know everything? I get excited whenever I think I know something my dad doesn’t — and then he does.

That sounds really fun! I love to draw so… 😛  But when I draw something, I’ll feel like, “This is pretty good.” Then the next moment, I’ll be like, “BURN IT! BURN IT!!”

Yes! He does! And that’s totally right! I’ll think I’ve finally discovered something he doesn’t know, but then he does…

I do that too! Like, ALL the time! Often I’ll go back to it day’s later and think, man, why did I think that was good? I have only a few drawings right now that I think I like.

Right? I have a math thing I keep forgetting to ask him if he knows it, but he will probably say he knew how to do it a while ago. So yeah.

Same! I have three that I like.  One is a drawing of a Thwap, the other is of Yurgen and Leeli at the cliffs, and the other is Podo. (I know, all Wingfeather fan art)
