@the-fledgling-artist, oh, that’s okay. You can join now, later or whatever time you wish… it doesn’t matter much when you join. Perhaps you have school work and that junk, yes, I do too.
But that’s okay.
Choice of time is optional.

@the-fledgling-artist, did you get any work done on the comic? Thank you for your prayers! ❤ I’m doing the illustrations with pencil, and then I’ll use acrylics to do the cover art.
@sageinthemeadow, thanks! Are you also working on a comic?
@christieaton, that’s a great idea. Deadlines and especially daily goals really help me in writing, and…[Read more]

@the-fledgling-artist I think you might be thinking too much into this, it’s okay to simply say “thank you,” Trust me, no one is thinking you are being boastful. There are artists who fish for compliments and I know you aren’t one of them. Be gracious, and if they press forward, tell them that it does take time and loads of practice. There is…[Read more]

@the-fledgling-artist Oh girly, I feel you. That’s honestly been one of my struggles as well. What I need to do is probably take that same principle to the writing portion.
Being honest here, I think it might be due to fear that both of us are struggling with these projects. Well, that’s how it is for me anyway. I’m just assuming it is something…[Read more]

What are some of the characters that you’re writing about? Well, I have now decided I want to play a little game. *cracks knuckles*
Choose a couple of your characters, and bring them on over here – regardless of what they want. The place that all the character’s that are to be summoned to is a slave market, under the authority of a cruel…[Read more]

WELCOME TO THE REBELLION. Also. Take note that it was the Prince who restarted this. He told someone, I forget who, that they could join in the revolution against TEA. HOWEVER. There was no revolution against TEA because we had a truce. SO. The Prince officially started a new…[Read more]

@daeus I took it and it was a lot of fun!
@the-fledgling-artist Actually, it had some questions for artists too – I think you should do it!

@the-fledgling-artist I like to keep binders, often with protective sheets to put lots of my random papers into.

@the-fledgling-artist @chalice
Big projects are some of the hardest to work on. I know that well. I’m speaking to myself here because I need to try it. Maybe you can try setting some due dates for yourself. Work in steps and maybe make a checklist, even if it is,
“sit for 20 mins and get the sketch done today”
“complete line…[Read more]

@chalice That’s exciting! I’ll be cheering you on from the sidelines! 😉
@the-fledgling-artist I hope your comic is coming along! 🙂
I actually haven’t worked on my WIP much lately, because I hit a pretty big block… But somehow I got through it this week, and managed to make some progress. >.<

@the-fledgling-artist I work better digitally. Smaller and cleaner font. If I were you, I’d just write down my notes and thoughts and try to make a list. Copy and paste is also insanely helpful, too.

YES I DID. I have started the official rebellion against the revolution(that I didn’t even know existed until yesterday) against TEA. -smirks at @theinconceivable1 – You hear that? People like TEA. (The Prince is going to find an explosion of TEA when he gets back.)

@the-fledgling-artist Sounds like you have been busy!
If you have the room, I like to hang up notes and cover a wall. Partly because I can step back and see all my work as I begin a first draft and partly because it’s quirky and fun and really brightens up dull days. 😀
*shrugs* There’s my two cents… 😉

Oh. Um. If you feel that strongly about it then of course honor your agreement.
Well… in the role play they’re rather confused and hoping there’s not about to be a fight. In the story, they’re also pretty confused, trying to figure out what’s going on, trying to find their parents, oh, and they’re being hunted although…[Read more]
