Big projects are some of the hardest to work on. I know that well. I’m speaking to myself here because I need to try it. Maybe you can try setting some due dates for yourself. Work in steps and maybe make a checklist, even if it is,

“sit for 20 mins and get the sketch done today”

“complete line art tomorrow”

then “color all background colors” and then “final coloring the day after that.”

I know that process works for some people, so it’s just a thought. Sometimes starting with small goals like just completing the sketch will get you in the groove into wanting to finish the rest sooner.
