The Fledgling Artist

@evelyn

WW II?!!!! That’s amazing!! Is it a family heirloom or did you buy it or dig it up in your backyard or how on earth did you get it?! 😉 And does it have a name?

YES! I really hope @the-fledgling-artist and I can meet! How cool would that be!!

@the-fledgling-artist White gel pens are honestly the best things. I use them all the time. I just use the White Gelly Roll Pen. Which one do you use?

@eden-anderson Our old typewriter is a model from WW II and it’s amazing to sit down and write at. There’s something so beautiful and final about the smell of ink and the click of the keys are you watch them fly up and pound out your thoughts on the stiff piece of parchment. 🙂

Oooh! You and @the-fledgling-artist should totally get together! :D…[Read more]

@kari-karast

Oh, how fun! 😁

@the-fledgling-artist

Oh, wow! This is so cool!! I have a bunch of friends going 3rd term so I will be going out to visit! We HAVE to meet!! 😮😀😀🤗

Yes, my older sister’s name was Hannah H. (Ring a bell?)

@evelyn

Thank you, dear! You are so understanding and kind. 😉😍

You have a typewriter!! That’s so cool!! I…[Read more]

@the-fledgling-artist @eden-anderson The first book is slow, everyone talk about that, but the second two speed up.

Um, I don’t know what more to say… just give it a chance! 😉

Okay, in all seriousness…

The Lord of the Rings is the kind of book that makes me long for more in life; It’s a beautiful story of everyday people fighting to the…[Read more]

My sister said I CAN’T, on pain of death, tell you what her name is. Some people’s sisters…🙄

No, Anderson is not my real last name…and my sister is going 4th term.

(Why I asked if your sister went to this bible school is because I found out what your last name is and there was a girl with your last name who went to…[Read more]

@the-fledgling-artist

YES!!!! It gets AMAZING! I think The Return of the King is my favorite, but I love all of them! (@evelyn help me convince her that LOTR is really amazing!)

Personally, I love Tolkien’s writing style…yes, he is “wordy* I suppose, but his descriptions are SO good! 😍

The LOTR is NOT over-hyped, believe me! I connect to the…[Read more]

@the-fledgling-artist

This is going to sound really weird…but did a sister of yours go to this bible school?

@evelyn

*whispers*

Not a real Volkswagen beetle…Molly is a figment of my imagination, just like Ferdinand. *cries* Oh well…

Okay, sure! You’ve got a deal! But I hope you don’t get car sick? It can get a bit windy up there…😉

@the-fledgling-artist

Yes, she is actually! For a six month term too. Maybe you guys will meet. That would be f…[Read more]

@the-fledgling-artist Told you Eden was cute. 😉

Yes, you have to go further than the first couple chapters! And you have to basically skip Tom Bombadil… 😛 😉

The Hobbit movies… were… *thinks* long. I did like some parts though! Don’t get me wrong, but overall, just… stretched up for money. 😛

@the-fledgling-artist, thank you!

Um, originally, this was supposed to be a character from a story, but not anymore…

@the-fledgling-artist

The Hobbit movies are…okay. I love some of the characters, the soundtrack is amazing, and the animation is really good. But that aside Peter Jackson took far too many liberties when making The Hobbit. 👎

Only the first couple chapters?? You have to keep going for it to get really good. 😉

Oh! Thank you, you are too sweet. &#x…[Read more]

@dekreel

Paul would live in the Sahara.

@the-fledgling-artist

Paul would jump out of a plane (after he’s paid a good hunk a money)

New question: Would your character rather be able jump two inches higher, or walk through walls only two inches thick.

@kari-karast

I actually learned about Krita from @the-fledgling-artist once when she posted a picture of art. I can’t remember what it was, but it was this underwater character.

( @the-fledgling-artist What!? No! Poor Matz…)

(I want to designate myself Matz’s protector now… if only…)

@the-fledgling-artist

I think there are actually quite a few people on here who have never read the Lord of the Rings. (It’s not the end of the world, but you REALLY, REALLY should read LOTR sometime. It’s AMAZING!!)

@evelyn

Thanks!

YES! You like stuffed animals too!! *hugs* 😀

Yes, exactly. 😉

@evelyn

I really liked your old profile pic too…it was so pretty! But I like your newest one too. You look pretty concentrated but also very elegant. 😀 No, you don’t look to intimidating.

I’m not even going to try and look intimidating in my new profile pic…I can’t do it. I am just going to look happy because that’s the most normal thing for…[Read more]

@the-fledgling-artist  @christieaton  Thank you both very much! I’ll be sure to look into it. 😀 <3

@the-fledgling-artist *pats your shoulder* *whispers* Its ok, I haven’t read LotR either!
