What exactly about L.’s behavior at the end do you think is unconvincing?

@corkybookworm The sprites sound really cute. 🙂 Come to think of it, I should include the sea in a story sometime. Thanks to watching all of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies at a friend’s birthday party, it would probably include a lot of sailing ships and sword fights.
