Hello Ereki!

Just popping in to bring a little more visibility to our plans for having a monthly video chat. So far, I have quite a few names on my list of interested participants:

Next order of business is on my end, mostly. I will create a Google Hangouts group chat with the aforementioned members. That will just be stage one; due to the number of positive responses to the idea of using Discord as our calling platform, I will set about creating a Discord server for us. Once I have a link to join, I will share that in the hangouts group (which can then be discarded if we want).
In the meantime, it would be awesome to start working on a date for September. I will initially hand down a date for the month of September from my golden throne of accumulated data, and then we can argue about whether or not that is actually what works best for everyone. I’m not Solomon, so we won’t be cutting any days of the week in half by doing an 11:30-12:30 late-night call. In case you were worried. Rest assured, I’ll try to keep this sane.

In addition, ideas for our first call are more than welcome. I’ve got an inkling we could easily spend an entire hour on introductions if I come prepared with interesting questions, so we don’t exactly have to worry about it. But still. Can’t hurt to have ideas being thrown around. XD
