Yes!  All of that, with that added caveat that Basil isn’t actually a doctor and has like next to zero knowledge of how to treat disease (beyond over the counter meds).  He’s very health conscious, though, and I think he has a good deal of knowledge about treatment for injuries.  He would absolutely butt heads with Niarok over proper…
