@happyholly_c That is too cool.

Hold up.  You play the harp? @happyholly_c

Oh wow that is… awful?  But also really cool?  You’ve got the right perspective and the right heart.  I’ll keep praying for strength and understanding and (hopefully) reconciliation.

And hey, it’ll be cool to have you around come Spring!

(Also, don’t worry about inactivity notices or getting removed or anything while you’ve got this to deal wi…[Read more]

@scribbles yay singing!  I can’t hardly stay with an audiobook.  I get bored, even when it’s a really good book.  But hey, maybe you’ll have a better experience.

@silverdragon Last year, but I’ve been horribly inactive since I started college.  Have you been to SW?

@silverdragon.  I am!  I mean… I’ve aged out of the forum, but I used to be Wesley Turner.  Are you on there?

@scribbles, Ew, commutes.  Do you like audiobooks?

@graceabounds2129, right now the game plan is to finish the year with some reading and cleaning and Christmasing.  After that, I’ll get Beta Sun (my WIP) underway and then start work…[Read more]

@scribbles, Eleven hours?  Where I come from, that’s more than full time.

Glad to hear your brother is doing well!  Will pray for the family, especially over the holidays.

Hey @corkybookworm, I was just thinking today that I hadn’t seen you around much lately.  :'( How’s your brother?  Is he coming home for the holidays?  Is there anything specific we could pray for, for you or him?

Merry Christmas!

The results are in!

Daeus judged this contest and here are his thoughts:

I’ll start off by saying I liked how you turned the dream into a whole story world. Your choice of theme is also excellent — bearing the sufferings of another is something we all want to do, but fea…[Read more]

Oh, also, so you guys know.  There was a mistake and Samantha-Pen was put in two guilds, so she won’t be around.  She’s going to stay in Knaphollow, where she’s been active for the past few weeks.

@graceabounds2129, thanks!  I’ll be sure to let you know!  (And when I get caught up on some stuff around the house and get back to some writing stuff, I’ll be looking for feedback on some ideas and scenes.)  For now, I’m going to start working as a foreman managing 2-3 guys and building retaining walls and patios.  That won’t start until spr…[Read more]

@samantha-pen, I’ll see what I can do!

@samantha-pen

Hm… how about that.  I’ll talk to Daeus and figure this all out.  Have you become involved in Knaphollow yet?  Would you like to stay there, or come here if you had your choice?  (I won’t be too offended if you say Knaphollow.)

@pookiemonster and @missfaeriekaiti, Thanks guys!

@wordsmith, WOAH YEAH!  Go you.  That’s cool.  Go get it, man!

@silverdragon, I saw on your profile that you’re a Neverland Author.  I never joined the Neverland Forum, but I thought about it hard.  Are you an OYANer too, by chance?

And on that note,  @bill-of-the-hill, @silverdragon, and @samantha-pen, WELCOME TO RILLUMEN!
We’re glad to have you!

Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you write!

@kate

heh, if you were in Rillumen you’d understand.

Also, you’re all submitted.

Good luck!

*looks around quiet room*

yeah, so is everybody.  I think this one has run it’s course.  I’ll start another one up soon!
