Kallun turned his head and noticed she was lagging behind. He could hear the storm raging already.
Pausing he turned to her, holding his arms out, “If your highness doesn’t object, may I?”
A loud boom of thunder sounded, and he didn’t wait for a reply. Instead he scooped her up in his arms and bolted as fast as he could  away from the storm.

(I laughed so hard reading that- absolutely love it! 😂)

Eliana was startled by his sudden gesture. She began to argue but quickly shut her mouth when she realized what he was doing. Lightning flashed behind them and the wind started to blow viscously with a deep howl.

(Lol I’m glad, cause I had no clue how she’d react to that XD)

Kallun ran as fast he could, “Where do we go?” He questioned, a loud crack sounded behind them.

“Anywhere! Look over there” she pointed to a deserted area that had large debris from the destroyed kingdom. “We can at least have something over our heads if we go there.” Far behind them the rain had started. Along with the falling water came droplets of fire. Ellie could feel the heat from the falling flames though they were quite far away from that part of the storm.

Kallun sprinted toward the debris and soon they were under a stone something-er-other. He deposited her on a particularly large stone and turned to watch.

(I am SO sorry I haven’t been active! I saw this and was going to respond but forgot to, then I had a dream last night of you reminding me to respond… please don’t find that too creepy 😂 I know it is, but it reminded me to respond)

She sat on the stone under what she assumed used to be the roof of a house, and watched the storm with Kallun. “It’s a magic storm” she said. “I’ve learned about these before. It probably could kill us, so we’ll have to stay here until it passes.”

(Haha I have weird dreams too lol)

Kallun nodded, gazing out to the storm, “Oh goody.” He muttered sarcastically.

Ellie soon fell asleep as the storm continued to get heavier and the air felt warmer from the burning rain.

Kallun continued to watch, but eventually turned away when his eyes began to burn from the bright flashes of light. He sat down and continued played with rocks, which were scattered along the ground.

He lifted his head and gazed at her, running his fingers through his blue hair. Then he looked away.

A crash of thunder woke her up. She jumped up in an instant. “Sorry, didn’t mean to fall asleep. How long was I out?”

“Not long.” He replied, “Might as well go back to sleep. It doesn’t look like this storm will let up anytime soon, and we don’t know when we will be able to rest again.”

Ellie took the suggestion and fell right back to sleep. It was not comfortable sleeping on a pile of rocks, but anything would work after not getting sleep the night before from worrying about how she was going to work alongside her enemy.

(Hey it looks like some of our stuff was deleted…. Sooo

and I checked my emails and this was all I found from the missing ness

“We can’t step foot in this storm. We would be burned to death instantly.”

“Oh…okay.” She picked up her bow and an arrow praying she wouldn’t hit the poor soul. Concentrating on her target she pulled the arrow back. The arrow shot out of her hands and she closed her eyes afraid she would hit something that she wasn’t supposed to.

    so idk
