Here’s the activity guideline for whoever whishes to participate.
What to do
• Pick a genre mashup
• Do some research on the genres included
• Write a story between 500 and 1,000 words based on those factors (It’s okay if it’s shorter then 500)Mashups
• Amish meets action adventure
• Crime thriller meets fantasy
• A Sci-fi Memoir
• Western meets psychological thriller
• Christian fiction meets magical realismHave fun with it! There aren’t any hard rules besides make sure the genres are recognizable. It’ll be more of a challenge that way. You can post your stories here or link to a document. Also, if you think of an awesome mashup, throw in the ring!
This is a test run to see how many people are interested, so we’ll have an extended deadline of the 31st of August this time.
