BEHOLD another prompt war has begun!!

The prompt: write a story in 2nd person

The dates: Monday 6th – Monday 20th

1. We brainstorm on this topic. We decide on the story concept, choose characters, etc.
2. Someone volunteers and writes a rough first draft in this google doc HERE. You can each add your ideas into the story and help once the first draft is written. (NOTE: the scene has to be under 2,500 words)
3. We edit. We polish. We make sure that this is the best we can make it. (Using the Suggest Edits mode.)

Thank goodness this one is a little easier than last time’s conversion scene prompt. 😅 For anyone who doesn’t know, 2nd person is the POV where ‘you’ is used. (e.g. You wander the streets, shrouded in darkness.)

I think for this prompt we should go with something kind of mystical, so that the ‘you’ doesn’t feel weird and stilted. Maybe just something short too.

Let’s get to brainstorming and see what we can work out!
